Online info says "standard furniture moving". I asked ... they only move little items and said they do NOT move heavy furniture "suggest you move the heavy things yourself". Dealbreaker.

I contacted Chuck and left him a voice mail needing carpet repair. He responded back to me very quickly and came to give an estimate. We found his pricing to be just what we were looking for and he was extremely friendly and professional. His team came the next day to make the repairs we needed and they did a very good install job. We were very happy with our results and would recommend CarpetNow to anyone needing repair or new carpet installed!

Great company to work with! I just got my carpet replaced after about 5 years and it was a seamless process. Chuck was great to work with and presented us with options similar to what we had previously. The installers were quick, very clean, and did a great job getting it just right. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again!

It only took two weeks from consultation to completion to make our home feel new again! The in-home consultation with Tim was great! I told him the aesthetic that I was going for and he presented me with a few samples at a time so that I wouldn’t feel overwhelmed. I can’t suggest using Carpet Now Austin enough. We needed our master bedroom carpet replaced quickly after a water leak. Tim came out to give us options and pricing the next day. The team replaced the carpet several days later. High quality carpet/pad, reasonable pricing, and excellent installation. Thank you Carpet Now!

I recently installed carpet in my home and used Carpet Now's service. I am super impressed by the service Tim provided, he is very kind and considerate. As I was doing a remodeling of the house, I had to change installation date two times and Tim promptly accommodated me. The quality of the product they provided is excellent and value wise lesser than Home Depot and Lowe's, on top of that the whole experience was hassle free compared to big retailers.
