We had a great experience with Carpet Outlet. Wes was very helpful . The price was well within our budget, the installers were very helpful and careful moving our furniture and the end product is perfect. We highly recommend Carpet Outlet.
Great prices. Vladimir was very helpful in assisting in making decisions on carpet and padding . Byron's crew handled the installation efficiently and did a great job. I highly recommend Carpet Outlet for anyone that is looking to replace their carpet.
Excellent service and fair price. Installation was outstanding. I will definitely call them first for my next carpet needs
Im very critical of giving reviews for service and goods. Randomly we stopped by for a carpet estimate. The service and price was great . I highly recommend this company !
( custom area rugs cut and bound to size and ready in 2 days !)
I went from carpet to flooring. The customer service at the store was exceptional! Wes and Lou were SO easy to work with, knowledgeable and Very nice! My installation crew was professional, clean and did an AMAZING job! Will DEFINITELY be using them again....WAY better than the big stores! Thanks Again, Carpet Outlet!
This is the place to get your carpet! We wanted to use a local company but we were worried that it would take a long time compared to the national chains. We had nothing to worry about, though--they had everything ordered, delivered, and expertly installed in less than a week! Wes took such great care of us, and Lou and Wes were both very accessible and communicative.
Great price. Next-day installation. Looks great. Just a few minor nicks on the baseboard, but certainly less than if I did the job.
Professional and great service from the carpet outlet team from start to finish. We got a quote and when we were ready to have the carpet installed, they came out on the day they promised, and finished the job within five hours as promised and everything looks great. Looking forward to using them for our next flooring project. Prices are very reasonable they took up the old padding and carpet and put down fresh new padding and carpet in every room upstairs as well as the steps. Everything looks great.👍🏽
We had our original flooring removed from our house’s entire upper floor (carpet, tile, laminate) and then replaced with vinyl floors. The service was done in two days and not only did they replace the floors, they put up the baseboards as well. The work was of the best quality and the workers were polite and professional. If you’re looking to makeover your floors for a reasonable price then you can’t go wrong with The Carpet Outlet!
Excellent service. Bought carpet from these gentlemen years ago and they were extremely helpful when I needed to track down a remnant for repairs. I'd give them six stars if I could. Will be back anytime I need carpet
The Carpet Outlet laid brand new carpet in my recently purchased home. The experience was top notch! Vlad was professional and timely! Awesome product and customer service.
Have had two experiences with Carpet Outlet, both I consider to be 5 star. First, I needed two bedrooms carpeted, wall to wall, and was seeking a business that could do a quality job offering quality products with next day service to get the job done in time for a furniture delivery. Vladimir promptly responded to my call, meeting at my home and then seamlessly offered a top quality product in the stores showroom. Next day the installation team showed and did a professional job I am most happy with. Love the quality and fair priced carpet! Carpet Outlets pricing is very competitive! Second job was to replace old carpet padding underneath large room size living room rugs in another home. Once again Carpet Outlet offered next business day, first thing service, offering a fair priced quality product and professional installation! Will definitely do business with them and highly recommend this company!
I highly recommend the Carpet Outlet. The entire process was quick and seamless from the sales room to installation. The employees are friendly. We went to the showroom on Monday and they installed the next day!! If you’re looking for reasonable, quality and professionalism the Carpet Outlet is the place to go!! Thank you again!!
