Amazing car and very friendly and helpful service. It felt safe and transparent at all times, no tricks. The car had some aesthetic damage on one rim, but that’s not their fault of course. I am very much looking forward to renting here again, hopefully in Düsseldorf. I’m glad this company exists and hope they will keep growing.

Für 1 Tag unser Traumauto BMW M2 gehabt. Reibungslose Abwicklung. Schade, dass er diesen Monat ausgemustert wird. Hätten ihn öfters genommen. ☹️ Der neue M2 ist überhaupt nicht unser Fall.. Top Preis/Leistung. So einen Sportwagen bekommt man nirgendwo günstiger gemietet!!!

Awesome service and reasonable prices! We rented the X5, and it was spotless. The car rental location, right in the heart of Frankfurt, made the process incredibly convenient. Definitely recommended!

The customer service from Carvia was amazing. I had a last minute cancelation of a trip that was unexpected. I had a car rental through Carvia and they were able to help me out through the process and not give me a hard time for short notice. I will be renting from them again.

Ein absoluter Albtraum was die Verifizierung in der App angeht, ständig werden korrekt fotografierte Dokumente abgelehnt. Bei diversen Banken und Carsharing Anbietern nie Probleme gehabt, hier leider permanent, bei Anfragen an den Support gibt es keine Hilfe, stattdessen kommen vorgegebene Antworten, oder wenig Interesse. Meine Dokumente sind in Ordnung, zusätzlich hat mein Partner und eine dritte Person versucht sich zu verifizieren, niemand hatte Erfolg. Sofern es schnell gehen soll, oder dringend ist, kann ich bedauerlicherweise nur abraten, wie die Vermietung im Allgemeinen ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Meine Rezension beruft sich auf den unfreundlichen und wenig hilfreichen Kontakt, sowie den Verifizierungsprozess in der App. Gerne vergebe ich mehr Sterne, wenn sich ernsthaft meinem Problem angenommen wird in dich konkrete Infos erhalte, wo das Problem liegt und ich weitere Erfahrungen sammeln konnte.

would of been a dream come tru but they wouldn't change the age restrictions even when i offered to pay tripple

Not sure why the BMW Welt now directs its visitors to use the services of CarVia. For me, as a Romanian citizen, their services are not "available" as their system "does not accept my documents", for "untraceable reasons", as the support department explained to me in some response email. Don't be fooled by the l images I attached with the classic cars. Those are from a Greek company in Crete that manages somehow to process Romanian papers.

Such an awesome experience! Rented a BMW M3 and the ride was such an amazing experience. Pick up was in Munich and drop off was in Salzburg and each time was ABSOLUTELY seamless. Will definitely rent again when I'm in Germany!

I rented a 911GTS, and everything was simply lovely. From the moment I arrived, I was promptly assisted. The agent took us to the car and even accompanied us to the parking exit. On the return, everything went smoothly as well. I ended up mixing up the timing, but they didn’t charge me for it! I SUPER recommend CARVIA’s service!

We rented a BMW M4 from this company for a week. Everything is written clearly and understandably on the website. After placing the order, they sent me a contract. In which everything was also written clearly. The company's office is located 15 minutes' drive from the airport, where a free bus goes. A few days before arrival, I asked if it was possible to deliver the car to the airport. They sent me an answer that it was possible, no problem, but they did not say that it costs 59€. Upon arrival, we were met by a polite guy, we received the car and only in the evening, I accidentally saw in the contract that the service costs 59€. I would like to recommend the company to pay attention to this. Overall, the impressions of the company are excellent. The car is new, customer service is at a high level. The return of the car went great. The staff is polite. I would recommend this company to everyone and I myself would also contact them next time.

I was genuinely satisfied with my car rental experience in Frankfurt, where I had the pleasure of driving the M4 Competition for three days. The booking process was seamless and straightforward online. Since it was my first time renting a car, I reached out to their phone support with several questions, and the team was incredibly friendly and informative. The on-site experience during pick-up and drop-off was smooth, aside from a minor delay (just 5 minutes). The staff member on-site was also very polite and helpful, pointing out all existing damages to the car and even offering a brief technical introduction, which I personally didn’t need but still found to be a thoughtful touch. The M4 was spotless, fully fueled, and an absolute joy to drive for the three days. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would gladly rent from CarVia again and highly recommend their service to others!

Мы арендовали BMW M4 G82 lci. Получили невероятные эмоции от машины, от самой компании не было никаких ограничений по пользованию автомобиля. При получении машина была чистая и с полным баком. Денег взяли с карты столько сколько надо, депозит вернули в тот же день когда отдавали машину. Был единственный момент когда они спросили пригнать машину в аэропорт или мы сами доедим мы попросили поставить до аэропорта, он они не предупредили что это стоит 59€. Хотя когда мы возвращали машину они проговорили это, что если отдавать машину в аэропорту это стоит 59€. Их офис находится рядом с аэропортом и туда ходят автобусы. В двух словах отличный опыт и очень хорошая компания.

Wir haben einen ID Buzz gebucht, als wir dort in München ankamen, stellten wir fest dass der Wagen hinten einen schaden hatte. Wir haben gesagt das geht nicht. Was uns beatwortet wurde, das Auto fährt trotzdem. Wir haben versucht den zuständigen zu erreichen. Wir wollten einen Film drehen, dadurch ist unser Plan komplett am Ende. Am Montag erhielten wir eine miserable Antwort. Unseriös und Unprofessionalität hoch 10. Ich soll auf der Kosten sitzen bleiben und neuen Wagen suchen.!!!!!!!!
