Best House Ever!!!
This house is amazing! Very well taken care of and we were all extremely comfortable. The staff was incredible, keeping the drinks full around the clock. The meals were absolutely phenomenal. Cannot say enough about Casa Yvonneka!!!!!!!

Luxury in Vallarta!
Gorgeous views, beautiful common spaces, wonderful staff and service and comfortable rooms. I highly recommend this villa! It is a great space to share with friends or family. You have the best views of the city and the bay while you enjoy the infinity pool.

Beautiful!
We had an absolutely wonderful time here! The property is beautiful, the views expansive, and the staff incredibly warm and accommodating. We even got to see humpback whales from the infinity pool! We will be back - our new go to for Puerto Vallarta

Perfect getaway with friends!
This house was amazing! The staff was wonderful, very attentive, great food. Easy walk into town every day. Very comfortable beds, always had clean pool towels, and the house was very clean. Heated pool, gorgeous views. Very hard to leave.

Every time we visit we never want to leave!
This was our 9th trip bringing our employees to Casa Yvonneka. The location and views from the villa are stunning. The staff are at your service 24 hrs / day. The food that Malena makes is outstanding, and how she serves such large groups is amazing. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Everyone makes us feel at home like we're family. We've already reserved our spot for 2026, because we love Casa Yvonneka so much. Thanks so much for taking such good care of our large group!!!

Best place for a rewarding experience period!!

Amazing house and staff
The house is spectacular. There are amazing views from the pool area and most bedrooms. The bedrooms are spacious, well decorated and the most comfortable beds of anywhere I’ve stayed before. There is plenty of room for large groups. Ample pool and dining seating. With two hot tubs, a game room and a gym this house really has it all. The artwork throughout is unique and colorful. The large staff is superb and there to help with whatever you need day or night. Friendly faces are always there to great you, provide a buffet style breakfast with so many options, lunch or snacks during the day and a wonderful dinner in the evening. Victor and Tony are always there to provide you with drinks around the pool or dinner table and at night Felix and Alex take over to make sure you have everything you need. And always with a smile. They all make you feel very welcomed and spoiled. I already can’t wait till the next time I get a chance to stay at Casa Yvonneka.

Stunning, unique and inspiring!
Such a stunning place to stay! So many beautiful areas in the home, filled with unique furnishings and inspiring art. The house staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great location close to the downtown scene. The rooms and terraces have breathtaking views of the city and landscape. Highly recommend!!

Wow!!!!!! First …. bravo! Bravo bravo!!! This place is absolutely beautiful. Each room is different with beautiful mix’s of bright colors. So comfortable and welcoming. The staff is excellent. Amazing dishes prepared, and endless warmth and smiles. It has an amazing view into the charming town, and I loved hearing the church bells ring. The church is absolutely amazing by the way… Definitely visit. In all… I’m so happy I visited this incredible Casa. I will definitely return, and spread the word! Thank you so much

Great family vacation at Casa Ynonneka
Beautiful home with beautiful views. The staff was excellent and catered to our every need. From morning coffee and breakfast by the pool, to day time snacks and lunch, to a variety of delicious dinner choices. We came with a family group of 21 and we were all well taken care of. Definitely 5 STARS!

A True Puerto Vallarta Gem!
Casa Yvonneka is one of those rare finds one will happily return to over and over again. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, the bed luxurious and comfortable, with breathtaking views over Banderas Bay from every single room as well as from the spectacular infinity pool. The entire Casa has been meticulously furnished and the many beautiful pieces of art offer a delightful feast for the eyes. The staff was amazing and they did their best to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I will absolutely be back soon!

A Dream Villa with 5-Star Service—Perfect for Big Celebrations!
We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday at Casa Yvonneka with a group of 20, and it exceeded all expectations! This property is enormous, with endless options for entertainment. From elegant dinners to laid-back poolside lounging and a fun game room, every corner of the house offered something unique, keeping us engaged the entire stay. The pool, with its spectacular 180-degree views of Puerto Vallarta, felt like floating above the city—truly breathtaking! The staff was exceptional. They were friendly, accommodating, and handled every detail flawlessly. The food was consistently delicious, and they kept our glasses full with fresh cocktails all day. Before we arrived, the concierge went above and beyond by arranging airport transportation, stocking up on food and drinks, organizing a stunning birthday cake, and even setting up incredible experiences, including a tequila tasting, mariachis, and in-house massages. If you're looking for the ideal property for a group gathering, Casa Yvonneka is it. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return in a heartbeat! Highly recommend for anyone planning an unforgettable celebration.

A once in a lifetime experience in PV
Casa Yvonneka was everything I’d hoped for and more! This place blew me away from the second we walked in. The views are insane, and the whole villa feels like something straight out of a dream. It’s super spacious, beautifully decorated, and the staff here? Absolute legends. They made sure everything was spot-on and took care of all the little details I wouldn’t even think of. Fantastic views for playing videogames while soaking your toes in an infinity pool.

There could not be a more perfect place
Where to start? The words my friends used were sublime, magical, unreal, and perfect to name just a few. Before I arrived, I wondered if the casa could possibly live up to the pictures. I'm here to say that it does and more. As my husband and I were walking around assigning rooms prior to guest arrival, he said - everyone is going to think they got the the best room! The place is perfectly laid out with spacious rooms and places where everyone can gather together, but also smaller seating areas where 4-6 can gather at a time. Every detail is perfectly thought out. The staff is super attentive. When we first got there, the staff was refilling our drinks the moment they were empty. Once then got the idea that this wasn't a super boozy gathering, they backed off. So whatever vibe you're going for, they will accommodate. The food was lovely, snacks appeared at just the right time without us even asking. The view was incredible. A lot of reviews talk about the short walk to the beach. We were there from Thursday - Sunday. Some people took advantage of that, I didn't feel the need to leave, other than a couple of planned outings. Do be aware, the walk is steep. Justine, our concierge, was perfect. She arranged transportation and massages for us. I get the feeling she could have gotten us anything we wanted. The only thing I wish I had known before I arrived was that you need to pay, in cash, for each day's food that day. I wish I had asked for an estimate and both brought more American cash and gotten out more pesos before I arrived. In sum, the staff has thought of everything - from the layout to the service to the various amenities.
