We have only used the care calculator but have loved the ease of setting up care plans and payment plans with it.
I plan to look into the options for automation of our credit card processing.

Wow! We have had such an incredible experience with Cash Practice so far. We were looking for a merchant service that integrates with our EHR system ChiroHD and were originally planing to go with Fortis. But after speaking to Dr. Valarie and doing a demo we quickly decided to go with Cash Practice instead. They also have other really great programs such as care plans which we love because it digitizes everything so we can avoid using paper as much as possible in our office. Overall we are really happy so far and can't say enough about their customer service. It feels personalized and we aren't just a number. We are really confident in them and are excited to work with them for years to come!

Definitely recommend!
Overall: Cash Practice has been a great transition from our old system. It's great for on the go, multiple devices, and busy offices! Pros: The amount of support we receive from our account representative and their team. They go above and beyond to answer questions, follow up if they haven't heard from us in a while, and are great about sending us email education. Cons: The training may be tedious, which is my least favorite part, but it has made it worth it!
