I don’t mean to sound dramatic, but Cino has quite literally changed my life. I started seeing him in September last year after I experienced a traumatic aeroplane journey which left me almost housebound (I know, strange!). I was unable to get on the train, go into supermarkets or tackle anything that I felt wasn’t in my control. Since then, we’ve worked on travel fear, confidence, imposter syndrome (corporate life, right?) amongst many others stresses I experience. I now see him once a month for a little boost…and it is a highlight for me. The biggest thing for me was that I’ve had colleagues approach me saying “wow, you’ve really come into your own recently, so light and confident” and that’s how you know it’s really making a difference.

Cino, I can’t thank you enough. And for anyone reading this, you won’t be disappointed.

Cino has been a great helper and friend to my family, and is incredibly friendly and approachable (and has great taste in music haha). He has many great techniques to ease the mind and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of therapy.

Cino was kind, reassuring, highly skilled and very professional. He was attentive, understanding and I felt comfortable to share my experience with him. Absolutely amazing for a range of issues, I don’t know how it works scientifically but it does work. I came into hypnotherapy sceptical not thinking it’d work but if does. Cino is calm professional kind and empathetic.

Cino put me at ease early within the first session & after a while it felt more like 2 mates chatting. After 3 really useful hypnotherapy sessions over a couple of months, my anxiety issues were put to bed & I’m now hoping they won’t return. I have been with Cino since 2017 and have had sessions for a variety of things including childhood and sexual trauma, confidence, anxiety, depression, dependency, PTSD and grief therapy. He is the only person I have ever opened up to and discussed very deep personal emotions and demons.

Cino has been amazing for me. The first time was to try and help my anxiety with a long flight coming up and my fear of small spaces. He helped me put some brilliant strategies in place which worked. The second time was to help with anxiety and panic attacks and again Cino was brilliant and helped me. He makes you feel at ease, he’s kind and patient. I would recommend anyone struggling with certain issues to visit, he has helped me more than he’ll ever know !! I feel a different person.

I went to Gino to stop smoking after being recommended by my daughter-in-law who took my granddaughter to Gino for her fear of flying. Happy to say, she's now flying all over the world, even long haul flights without a bother. Not only was Gino a joy to talk to, I actually stopped smoking straight away and have never looked back. I have since recommended a friend for weight loss and she is successfully losing wright after see him.
