Coming up will be my 3rd season with my pool. Central Jersey Pools has been so knowledgeable and they are there for every question I have. Patti is such a pleasure to work with for all my pool opening and closing needs. This company is not just about dollars I feel they truly care about their customers. Extra thank you to Patti who is always there for me!! So glad I went with this company! I was able to create a beautiful backyard vacation for my family. ❤️

Excellent company very professional My salesman Elliot was great very knowledgeable about all the products. He truly cared about what type of hot tub I wanted. He was very thorough about all the different options that are available It was a pleasure dealing with him. They tested my water and gave me step by step written instructions on what chemicals to add and when. The delivery people where very professional AAAA++++++ company I will be back

I recently purchased a hot tub from Central Jersey Pools, and I must say the experience was nothing short of exceptional! Elliot guided me seamlessly from start to finish—helping me select the perfect hot tub that suited my preferences and needs, and even assisting with the installation and setup. Elliot's expertise, patience, and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. The quality of service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I walked in about a week ago, at a whim really, and came out with a great pool and deal. David was an awesome person and easy to work with throughout the process. Prior to deciding on Central Jersey Pools we had stopped at two other stores and while they were also very friendly and great, they didn’t really give me that “this is it” feeling. Working with David, as well as Lisa G, really did give me that feeling and I’m happy with the outcome. Dotti, the chemist, was also very proactive and knowledgeable about her craft; so as a first time pool owner I look forward to working with her and asking her all of the dumb questions that will undoubtably come. Last year, we contacted CJP to build an inground pool for our new home. From start to finish - and into this current spring season - our experience has been phenomenal. Jerry was amazing! He was the first person we met at CJP. He was patient in answering all our questions and did not try to push us into any upsells. He understood our budget and respected our limits, guiding us through options that fit comfortably within it. We really appreciated that. Throughout the process we were in contact with Jerry - this was not a situation where a salesperson closes the deal and hands us off to the development team - this was experience where we knew Jerry was invested in the customer relationship, providing us with ongoing consistent support throughout. Impressive!! Jerry introduced us to Neil who oversaw the pool construction process. Neil was super responsive and accurate with all the details he shared which eased my anxiety. We had about a dozen town inspections and despite hearing nightmare stories from friends that used other pool companies, the CJP team ensured we passed every single one on the first round! Our neighbors were all shocked! No one believed we'd complete the project in the time estimated, but sure enough we did! In 8 weeks, we were swimming in our new pool! The service team is outstanding! Patti is our main contact and is so pleasant and accommodating. She always responds timely and has even been able to adjust scheduling when the unexpected arises. Patti's kind demeanor is a true representation of the level of customer service CJP provides their customers. Patti has set the bar high! Billy made sure we were fully trained on our new pool equipment and even made himself available on facetime to help us troubleshoot an issue we were having. He was very knowledgeable and treated us like family ensuring we were well taken care of. John helped us close our pool and fix an issue we were having this year when opening this month. He came out and spent time troubleshooting, exhausting all possible causes and sure enough his efforts paid off and resolved our problem! He even let us know if we had any troubles, to call and he'd come back. Luckly, we did not have to, John successfully fixed the matter, and we haven't had a problem since! Dotty has helped us many times now in-store. We opted for the salt system and are getting used to the management of it (which is actually very easy) but it is still new for us, so we are being cautious in testing our water regularly. Dotty has helped us to keep our water balanced giving us tips and explaining the process. This education has been very helpful! We are so appreciative of all the other staff that have helped us along the way. It is truly a team effort from CJP team and cannot thank them enough for proving us with our dream pool! Bought our hot tub here and always get great help when I need to get my water tested to balance it. Dotti is so helpful. She answers all my questions and will explain the steps I need to take to get my spa sparkling. I can go to other more local places to get my chemicals and water tested but I don't get the attention that I get with Dotti. Thank you Dotti.

My wife and I decided to replace our old hot tub that hadn’t worked in several years by going to Central Jersey Pools. We were greeted by David who took his time and showed us all our options and recommended the hot tub that we purchased by letting us know that the Kona Elite was the best bang for our buck. He was very informative and patient with us and then brought over Lisa G to finish with the financials of the deal. Lisa was also very friendly and went above and beyond to satisfy us. We did make the deal and it was delivered in a week and even the delivery crew I couldn’t say enough about and it was freezing that particular day. All in all it was a great experience especially with David and Lisa G and I am so happy with my new hot tub! George & Bridget T

The crew installing main drain, skimmer, pool bottom resurfaced, new liner, and new pool heater were professional and very efficient. Office staff was always helpful especially Patty who was in communication with us the entire job. Kudos to them all!

I worked as a competitor at a local Hot tub place in Tom’s river off of hooper. I ran that store for 2 years.Jersey central pools is a stand up dealer who always takes care of their customers…they were a great dealer to compete against and were always super honest with their customers.No matter how big or small the customer they always stood by them and did the right thing. If someone wanted a hot tub this would be my first recommendation based on their stellar after sales experience.

Had a wonderful experience? David took his time and made certain that all our questions were answered David returned our calls immediately ! very knowledgeable no pressure. Don’t hesitate to go into the store and ask for David you won’t regret it.

My pool was scheduled to be closed by Patti and she was so accommodating and polite . My pool was closed and cleaned by Mat and he did a phenomenal job

Went to Central Jersey Pools to look at pools then Leon showed us a Swim Spa. Up to 104 degrees, swim in it & use it year round. Also comes with bluetooth. Leon is very knowledgeable and wasn’t trying to push a sale onto us. We had some questions along the way. He even gave us his personal cell phone and always responded. We are very happy with the purchase, & couldn’t recommend Leon & Central Jersey Pools enough!
