Certified Sewer & Drain performed a sewer pipe inspection at our home. This is the second time we have used them. We were very pleased with their work on both occasions and would strongly recommend them.

Certified Plumbing was fantastic! They fit us in to check the drain at our new build in Mahwah. Honest, reliable, and timely, they went above and beyond. The team was professional, explaining everything clearly. We'll definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone we know!

My basement flooded after using my washing machine and dishwasher, water was everywhere, and I was not sure exactly what the root cause was. After cleaning up the mess, I called Zac around 8:30 PM, and he immediately picked up. After a quick chat and sending him some videos of the flooded areas, he suggested the issue was most likely a broken pipe or a clog. He came out the very next morning, diagnosed a clog, and snaked the pipe to resolve the issue. His response time and communication were excellent, and he provided honest diagnostic and resolution service at a fair price. If you need quick resolution and top-notch trusted service, I highly recommend using Certified Sewer and Drain. 5 stars!

Certified came within an hour of contacting them due to a backed up sewer line. Zach was courteous, honest and very knowledgeable. The price was fair considering the dire circumstances. Highly recommended!

Zaak came to my house on an emergency call, the same evening that I reached out to him. He was professional, polite, and explained everything he was doing to me and explained why he was doing it. He even taught me some things about the setup at my house that I didnt realize before. Issue was fixed when he left and everything is still working flawlessly. Great guy, very skilled, will def use again.

I was very happy with their service. I have an on-going problem with the sewage line to the street. They were prompt and courteous, taking the time to speak with me so I understood the issue.

I can’t say enough great things about this company! We had an issue with our main sewer called them at 11 pm and they were here at 10 am the next day. They are not only efficient but their people skills are beyond any other!

From start to finish Zak was a true professional. He performed the hydro jetting on the Lateral from the Cleanout all the way to the main sewage line on the street. He then inserted a video inspection camera in the lateral to confirm all was 100% clear. Moving forward I will continue using Certified Sewer & Drain plumbing services. Zak was AWESOME. I called him this afternoon because of two issues in my bathroom (my toilet and my sink) and I needed a drain snaked due to a back up. He was nice, came exactly when he said he would and he was reasonably priced. I am definitely keeping his number and will use him again. Highly recommend Zak. This is an update to my review. I had to use him for a bigger issue- my sewer drain was backing up into my laundry room sink. He came out in the pouring rain and snaked it but upon further inspection and over an hour and a half of snaking, we needed the big jetting machine. He came back the next day with it and got the job done for an affordable price. If there were 10 stars, that is what I would give him!
