Connection was was restored after 2 weeks and today again net is not working. Are you people seriously going to stop your business? When I tried to reach you over phone, there was no response.
Disgusting service.
What's going on? No service for nearly 10 days post cyclone. Have you stopped the business? What about our money paid in advance. Do you want us to make a big issue out of it?
Regret, my complaint number 44224 was not attended and I am unable to use internet already for two consecutive days.
You don't seem to realize that internet is an essential service. I have made commitments based on your service. I fail in my commitments because of your careless indifferent service. My work suffers, my credibility is questioned, my efficiency is suspected, only because of your negligence and inefficient service.
Such nonchalant, unresponsive, and careless attitudes are highly deplorable. In fact, you are totally unfit to be a service provider in such an important field.
My complaint number is 44224.
Extremely disappointed and unhappy with your response. Internet is an essential service and not attending to my complaint on the excuse of a holiday is unacceptable. You must have a team for attending faults on holidays.Tomorrow is Sunday. Does it mean that we have to spend one more day without internet?
This will have very serious implications on my work.

Request all the users of your service to take note of your uncooperative, indifferent and irresponsible attitude and respond accordingly.
We have got our connection very promptly. The entire team, sales, installation, activation, is extremely efficient and well-mannered. The response of the company is way beyond our expectations. We hope that they will continue with their good work if and when we may again need their service. Our prayers and best wishes for progress and prosperity of the company.
It's very unfortunate that you have a very complex system for registering a complaint. If there is a problem a phone call to your Customer service should be enough. But you have a system which is not customer--frindly to say the least. After getting a call and explaining the problem, I was told to take a 30-sec video of the router, which can't provide any additional information than what I already said. Why try to engage your customer unnecessarily?
At the time of taking the connection your salesman Mr. Alexander told me call him in case of any problems. But when I called he immediately asked me to call customer service. If you can't take the responsibility why at all assure your customer falsely? Even the response of your staff when she called was very indifferent if not careless.
I am waiting to see when my problem is attended. I have very important work and I don't know when my connection will be restored.
I took you as an efficient service provider but already I have begun to be disappointed with your service.

You and your service team must remember that we understand that internet is based on technology and it may sometimes malfunction. But when we complain, you should show due urgency and commitment and not be casual and careless in your response. If the problem is complex and may require time, we are quite ready to give you the necessary time to resolve it. But you must be truthful and sincere and not try to bluff your way out. That's what as a customer we dislike most and that's what as a good and reliable service provider you must not try to do. Thanks again for your quick service.

Worst customer service. They are not even responding to our calls. Complaint has been raised for many times. This not happen only after the cyclone, even before the cyclone also they are giving proper response to the customer. The people whoever is attending the call is not speaking with manners. Please don’t choose this for your connections. Waste of money and worst customer service ever. They will call us and enquire us before a week if renewal. Money minded people. After the renewal it will be us who will run behind them. I really need to keep a 0 rating. But we don’t have option. No service on Sunday. Everytime they will say fiber disconnect but it will not be that case. Waste network and worst service. I really don’t know whether the 5 ratings are really true. They are misleading us by giving their own ratings among themselves.

I have made 3 complaints raised and made many calls and what's app msg. For past 15 days no net connection. Till today problem is not rectified. They are telling they will come and do it but they don't.very poor service.

Useless service, the entire team is pathetic. There is so much delay in solving simple issues. I really don't recommend anyone taking their services. I really regret having opted out their services.

It's been 10 days with no internet access. They never attend the calls. Multiple complaints are given. The only call we got from them is to renew our subscription when they don't even provide the service for the existing subscription. WORST SERVICE

One of the worst customer service, if any issue occur they roughly take more than 7 days to sort out the issue, during fengal cyclone my connect has lost almost 10 days crossed still internet not working also they are not taking my phone call. such a pathetic behaviour.

During a disaster an ISP capability comes to know, still an ISP could not fix an issues caused by cyclone and they don’t even know what to fix and how to fix. None of the support or customer care picks. They even won’t pick or switched off since they are scared of calls. This is the case with Krishna Nagar. I had been using since last few years and never seen such a delay or technical gap from the vendor.
From the latest reviews from others it looks same disappointment everywhere. Funniest part is it works at night and stops at the morning. And every time they call this as network issues. I think many will move out of Cfibernet and now I started exploring for new ISP.

VERY VERY WORSTTTTT customer service !! The internet has been disconnected from last week due to cyclone. Despite the power being back .. they haven’t given back the connection yet. It’s been 5 days and no WiFi !! Even on a normal disconnect they are taking more than 24hrs to correct or revert .. they do not even acknowledge on the request ticket created neither connect with you to the right POC. Have been using this patiently for 3 yrs now .. but veryyyyyyyy bad service and never recommended to anyone

WORST SERVICE - Internet is very slow since 2 weeks and frequent interruptions. I have raised multiple tickets, they just simply say agent is working, but nothing will get sorted.
