On the 19/7/24 I went to Chapmans looking for an outfit for my daughter’s wedding. Lily was amazing and helped me choose my lovely dress, shoes and bag. Last Saturday 30/11/24 my daughter was married and at the beginning of the ceremony my shoes broke. On Monday 2/12/24 I called and explained what had happened and Terry was great. She listened to my concerns and arranged a refund for me. Thank you for your help and friendly service.

This was my first time to this shop, I was so impressed with the range of dresses available. We tried on many and found our perfect dress for a wedding. The service was incredible. I would recommend this shop if you have a special occasion to go to.

Mother Of The Groom
Had been visiting Chapmans for quite some time searching for a particular dress in style and colour that suited me. During these visits all staff were wonderful very helpful and most importantly "Honest" advising me what suited and what did not.
A new selection came in during October for Mother Of The Bride/Groom and as I wandered in one Saturday Morning, selected one of the new dresses with the assistance of one of the very kind/helpful staff members along with another and the lady who assists with alterations. I required a couple minor alterations with good advice from all staff.
Warmest, Biggest thanks to all week day and weekend staff for their fantastic service.

The ladies at Chapman’s were so helpful and they had so many outfits to choose from. They let me hold a few dresses for 2 days, so that I could bring a friend in to help me decide. Highly recommend.

I drove up from Bridgetown to buy an outfit for my son's wedding. What a wonderful shopping experience. I found the perfect outfit plus shoes, bag and jewellery to match. Kirsten was amazing in her eye for detail and what would look perfect for me. Highly recommend for a great shopping experience.
