I was having problems finding an approved golf cart for our golf course. After speaking with Matt he set me up with a Club Car that perfectly fits my needs. We tweaked a couple things and within a week my cart was delivered. Craig was also very helpful with some follow up questions I had. Overall, they were very responsive and easy to work with.

We purchased a 2025 6 passenger Epic cart and couldn’t be happier. The cart itself is outstanding as well as the staff that worked with us. We added underglow lighting and running boards and the mods look and work great!! Although there were several folks involved, Marcus and Angie were just outstanding!!!. These folks know Carts and know what customer service is. Thank you

From sale to delivery Craig was great to work with, showed us multiple models with no pressure, explained everything about each model. He delivered on requested date and spent time going over our purchase answering any additional questions until we knew the ins and outs of our LSV. Purchased a 4 seater/ forward facing LSV. The entire staff was amazing. They took the time to walk us through the different brands, models, options and price differences, which helped us make an informed decision. They handled all paperwork for the DMV. They arranged quick delivery to our door step and walked us through everything about our cart, equipment, storage, safety and proper maintenance. You could tell 4 employees loved their job and really wanted to give customers a good experience.

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Charleston Custom Cart. After shopping around a lot for a 2024 Club Car Onward, CCC was by far the easiest to work with. There was no high pressure sales, everybody was extremely knowledgeable about all the different cart companies, and I had fun. They even tossed in a couple accessories at no charge. Great price and service on a new golf cart purchase. Had custom stereo installed. Very professional work. Very helpful in explaining the differences between the different brands of carts they sell. No sales pressure and pleasant transaction. Highly recommend!

Going there to see to buy a used or maybe a new golf cart. I saw one which was used and they said is in sale. Short story is that the communication and the lack of professional is very bad. I went there 3 times and was always something. Actually was great bc i didn’t buy it bc if I was , i was stuck with them and it f I had a problem it will take forever for them. I went to another place and got a new golf cart and I’m very happy with that. I think they don’t have any costumer service and I will not recommend and other person go there.

Can’t beat 0% financing and some awesome carts. Great team to work with and they stand by their product. They service carts too, very handy to have in the Clement’s Ferry Area.
