Wij Hebben 10 dagen een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Charm hotel. Lieve mensen die gaan voor goede service! De kamer was netjes en de badkamer is nieuw en modern. De airco die het goed doet en snel koud word was ook een pre. Het ontbijt is niet heel groot maar voor iedereen wat. Een min puntje en dat is dat het soms wat gehorig kan zijn van de boven buren. Voor de rest ligt het hotel aan een rustig plek vlak bij het drukke centrum en strand. Bedankt voor alles Aspa! ❤️

La pulizia è un optional, la colazione è povera, lo staff poco preparato, per fortuna siamo stati solo due notti. Anche il paese è sporco e molta confusione per i nostri gusti . Unica cosa positiva il parcheggio in zona e il market vicino Chania è tutta altra cosa, pulizia e confort

☺Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend! Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man ist zu Fuss sehr schnell bei der Partymeile, aber trotzdem mit genügend Abstand, damit man in Ruhe schlafen kann. Das Frühstück ist eher klein, aber sehr gut und frisch.

Cleaning forgotten
The location of the hotel is good, the seafront can be easily reached on foot; the staff is friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Upon arrival we found visible dust everywhere (even on the kettle and glasses) and hair/hair on the floor. Although we asked to review the cleanliness, the situation has not changed much. On arrival We also found dirty toothbrush water in the toothbrush holder in the bathroom and stained sheets. We strongly recommend that you pay attention to this aspect. Breakfast offers little choice. Surely with more attention the situation would improve. We were disappointed.

Ich bin hier gerade auf Kreta und ich muss wirklich sagen, die Leute hier sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist auch vollkommend ausreichend und es wird täglich gesäubert. Hier fühlt man sich sehr wohl und ist gut aufgehoben! 😊

Perfect small hotel, new freshly renovated rooms, quiet side-street in the heart of the city and close to the sea. Very good and kind service (family business). Only breakfast could be a bit improved (some items ran out by 9am) with more different options, but since it was included in the rather cheap price then all was good. I would surely recommend it to all!
