I have worked with Fil from Chatsworth on many projects dating back to 2012. Fil has always been very professional and concise in our communication with each other. Whenever I had a question or needed clarification, he responded in a timely manner. In addition to Fil, I have worked with Tim and Paul (site supervisors) and both have been excellent to deal with. Most recently we worked closely with Fil to create some marketing materials. In the past, I have worked with several other builders on their marketing materials and usually the focus is to showcase the final product - the WOW factor. Absolutely nothing wrong with that. However with Fil and Chatsworth, it is not only about the final product (which is outstanding), but they made sure we highlight their building process - which gives the client comfort and assurance right from the first day. As a result, they're proud that projects come under budget and on-time. Reading the testimonials that they've received is proof of this. I highly recommend Fil and his team for any projects you may have.
