Mardi Gras menu would satisfy any Ragin’ Cajun
Our family was gifted a dinner from Chef Travis’s Mardi Gras menu on Fat Tuesday…the food was incredible! The Shrimp, étouffée was super savory. Red Beans and rice had the right amount of kick to it. Sautéed green beans with heirloom tomato and bacon was a beautiful combination of texture and flavor. The corn, I mean, who doesn’t like cream corn?, had a perfect balance of sweetness.
Our family will certainly order this meal again!

Great food and Great service. I have used Chef Halls for several events large and small and he continues to amaze me. Reasonable price, creative menus and reliable! My wife said he’s easy on the Eyes.

Chef Travis has catered personal dinners for us , fund raisers and even travels with our family out west every year to elk camp. He is an amazing chef! Literally everyone that eats one of his meals can’t stop talking about how great the food was. He can simply make anything he cooks taste awesome.

We get 2 - 32oz jugs of veg juice blends and 2 meals a week for 5 people but portions are so big we could easily have another person join us. The food is delicious and freshly made. Chef Travis has a garden he pulls some vegetables from and he also delivers so that is 2 huge bonuses. I would recommend and encourage you to try him and see for yourself. :)

Yes he is my little brother and as young children we learned to cook in our beloved grandma kitchen making everything from scratch travis took this love to the next level with school and executive chef jobs all over the usa you will not be disappointed ill state our name on it he's got grandma to answer to if he doesnt lol

Casseroles recently catered an event at the James Graham Brown Cancer Center for me. The physicians said I spoiled them it was so good and everyone wanted to know who I hired to cater my event.
