Bought 2 brushed brass towel radiators. On close inspection one proved to have visual defects which went unnoticed until after installation. Chelsea Supplies quickly replaced it with absolutely no quibble or additional costs. Great customer service - the measure of a great company!

Bought 2 radiators from Chelsea Supplies now. Delivery was on time and the radiators are perfect. They keep the heat for a good couple of hours after the heating has been turned off and look great too.

Had a drive down to the Bolton store,spoke to Adam,unfortunately they didn't have the rad I wanted in store but but he arranged for a v prompt,and on time delivery soon after at no extra charge,the radiator looks smart and the heat it gives off is excellent,I even fitted it my self as it was a size like for like... Would recommend....
