I wish I could give more then 5 stars for this company especially for Jaz Banipal who dealt with securing a mortgage for me and my husband. With many hurdles that kept coming our way for 1.5 years to get a mortgage she never gave up and then in the end managed to get it in 6 days once we found a property to buy! She has exceeded my expectations as a mortgage broker and we appreciate her, along with her patience and all her hard work very much . I would definitely recommend her to everyone I know . Thank you Jaz your a super star!

Do we have more stars to add as 5 are not enough ! I have contact chess ♟️ Morgages through Facebook post I have make , the owner have commented on the post and I have make contact with him ! From the day I contacted through the finalise process Bob always was there ! Any question , any though , and all sort of advise Bob was ready for the answer , my case wasn’t easy and straight forward , but Bob have got most of the stress from My shoulder! And hi has make sure everything went smoothly! I'm immensely grateful to Mr. Bob and Jaz from Chess Mortgage for their invaluable assistance in securing our mortgage. Our situation was exceptionally complicated, and we were let down by our previous broker, who abandoned us at a critical moment, endangering our dream home. I reached out to Mr. Bob over the phone, and despite not meeting in person, he and Jaz immediately sprang into action, fully grasping the urgency of our situation with just days left to secure our home. They were unquestionably like guardian angels, and even within this tight timeframe, they managed to find the perfect mortgage solution for us, they made what was impossible for us possible,I wholeheartedly recommend Chess Mortgage to anyone in need.

Unfortunately I was unlucky with chess Mortgages. I've been asked to pay £295 and then been told that it's simple maths my income × by 4.5. It was really unprofessional. She could have told me my affordability beforehand and look at my situation in a professional manner. Personally I would not advised this company.

I've used Chess for over 15 years now, I can honestly say they are superb to deal with. Bob really knows his stuff, and has passed on his encyclopaedic knowledge to his staff. I wouldn't consider using anyone else for anything mortgage related. 10/10
