I had Chicago Closets design a small closet in my toddlers room which came out so great I have called them back 3 times now. They have now completed a custom linen closet as well as some shelving in a mudroom. Josh was a great partner in choosing a creative /efficient design for my space and helping me achieve exactly what I envisioned! High quality product + service.

Stay away from this company. They are criminals. They purchased multiple closets from us and after they were delivered filed chargebacks for them. They lied to the credit card companies stating that they didn't receive the product. They made multiple mistakes in designs that we fixed for them for free. Very poor business people and borderline criminal.

Contacted on 6/25 and corresponded with Michelle at Chicago Closets and Cabinetry and sent over pictures and dimensions of my closet space. Spoke to the owner, Tim, several days later on the phone and ran through a few ideas and then everything went radio silent. Never heard anything, never received plans or price projections, or any other follow-up. Sent email on 7/17 trying to find out where they were with my project and still nothing. Companies have to stop ghosting people, if you don't want the job then just tell customers that you have too much work, don't want to do it, or whatever other reason, but leaving people hanging is just a terrible business practice.
