This place is the best. The staff really care about helping you and your pet as well as engaging in the community. They didn’t have what I needed so we figured out how to get it, and free shipping locally!

My new favorite place! Josh was incredibly helpful and kind to me and my dog. Josh helped us pick out a much higher quality food for a better price than I was getting before. Can’t recommend this place enough and I’m excited to run out of dog food just so I can go back!!

Both my fur baby and I love this place! They have amazing healthy dog treats and I love how friendly and helpful all the staff is. My fur baby especially loves going in for a treat and to say hello to the store cat. Thankfully we live walking distance, because we are both big fans!

Best pet store in Chicago! I visited the store to prepare for my adopted dog, and the owners were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I called them ahead of time to ask about a few items, and they pulled them aside for me without me even asking! The quality of their products is top notch, and I could have honestly spent all day in there looking at the great selection. This is hands down my favorite pet store and they'll got my repeat business!

Love the personal attention the owners provide and are super knowledgeable about all of the products they sell! They helped us choose from a variety of dog food when we were new pet owners completely lost. They also offer super cute toys as well as dried duck feet, necks, you name it, that our Theo loves!!!
