1st time at Chuan Watch and I must say that the reviews are true, their service really is exceptional. I ended buying 2 watches there, and Nick was very patient and meticulous in teaching me how to setup the watches. Also he took the time to confirm the serial numbers on the watches with the warranty and the receipt. Will definitely go back to them next time. Something to note, they update their website regularly, as the watches I bought was taken off the website in less than an hr.
