Hi. Yet to receive my deposit back. Sent an email. No reply as yet. Just sent another reminder. Stroller was sent and collect efficiently. No complaints there. It’s been 4 weeks since I’ve returned, which is enough time to process the deposit.

We hired a double buggy and also transfer car from the airport. Great service and excellent communication! Definitely recommend!

Service was good. Very fast communication through whatsapp. Convenient pickup and collection service from the hotel. Stroller quality wasn’t great though.

Everything went really smoothly with our hire. The pram was well used but in pretty good condition. Very easy pick up and drop off and accommodating when we wanted an extra day.We also got their shuttle service from the airport which was amazing.

I rented this stroller for 5 days in Singapore. The product arrived on time as expected, was clean and in good condition. Its a double strollers and we used this extensively for the entire 5 days. Citybaby is very supportive with providing complete information during the course of my enquiry, booking till return also.It was a true blessing.

We rented a Joovy Jogging Stroller from CityBaby about 3 weeks before our arrival in Singapore, and it seriously was one of the best decisions of our recent Singapore holiday. Booking online was straightforward, we requested the stroller to be dropped at our hotel some hours before our flight arrived and it was there waiting for us. It was a large, roomy stroller with plenty of storage - great for tourists - and great for our 3 year old who is taller than average and fitted comfortably inside. He loved sitting on the little seat-light projection at the front of the stroller. We received comments from people about what a great stroller it was, and indeed it was! It had three wheels, and was so easy to manouvre in the MRT, shopping centres etc. We arranged for CityBaby to pick-up the stroller at the end of our trip and this was seamless - we had an early flight for departure and simply left it at our hotel for pickup between 9am and 12pm, which occurred and was confirmed later via email from CityBaby Communication before, during and after completion of the trip was timely and helpful. In a word, I thoroughly recommend CityBaby if you need a stroller (or, I imagine, any other baby related product). It made our trip so much easier, and I would definitely book from them if we return to Singapore.

Do not rent a stroller from this company as a tourist, it's a nightmare! We planned to rent a stroller for a short stopover (3 days) as tourists in Singapore. The booking process on the website was very straightforward. We selected the self-pickup option. The only address available on the website is in the city center at Suntec City. There was no information about any other pickup locations. A few minutes after the booking process, we received a message via WhatsApp stating that the pickup location is near Clementi, approximately 18km westward from the city center (which is the complete opposite direction of Changi Airport), making it a huge logistical challenge for a family traveling with kids. We politely requested to cancel our booking as this wasn't a convenient option for us, but we only received unfriendly messages from one of their employees via WhatsApp. Alternatively, you can book the option of delivery and collection of the stroller for 60 Singapore dollars, but for us, it was cheaper to book with another company as their costs were much lower. So, we ended up paying for the service for nothing. Additionally, we received the deposit refund a staggering 4 weeks after our booking. This is really, really poor customer service, especially considering there are several rental services in Singapore that offer better services

Poor experience. Rented a baby stroller which turned out to be an extremely poor quality product. Customer support didn’t solve the problem. Security deposit paid for the stroller was not refunded until I did multiple follow ups. Not recommended for equipment renting.

Great products, great customer service whom were quick to respond via WhatsApp! Convenient delivery to the residence we stayed in. Highly recommended!

Enquiring and booking of baby car seat were a first experience with Whatsapp. Timing of delivery was spot on, but collection was late. The third party agent didn't know what he was collecting. Hence I was reluctant to allow him the seat until he confirmed with your office. The seat booked was in very good condition. Only disappointment was the absence of swivel function for ease of strapping baby in. Overall, a good first time experience. Thank you

Called the contact number and liased smoothly with a Mr Adrian who was able to get me the best option for my 2 younger kids within an hour! Amazing! There is an option for delivery at a cost or you can pickup/drop off yourself. the stroller was clean, easy to use and had its own carrier so easy to carry. Will recommend to everyone I know traveling to Singapore with kids! Excellent service!

Excellent customer service. I ordered at 9am in the morning and the baby strollers were delivered at 11am the same date! Awesome!
