I enjoyed my stay with Cityretreat. They were always responsive if I needed anything for the apartment and very kind as well. The apartment and location was great with easy access to many things in the city and lovely canal views in the neighborhood.

The apartment was orientated to short stays, so some issues at the beginning, but they tried to fix them since the very first moment. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend, 100% a positive experience in every way! We rented a beautiful apartment in a great location for a very reasonable price. Maintenance was prompt, they refunded us for some work we did ourselves, and our deposit was returned promptly and in full. I’ve never had such a good rental experience. We heard so many negative stories about short term rentals in Amsterdam, but we had nothing to worry about with City Centre Retreats. If we need a short term rental again, we will go to them first!
