শাহ্ এমদাদ bhai, was exteremely cooperative. Got delivery in less than 10 hours to my parents' house. The technician (babu bhai) was very cooperative. There was an installation issue with a tank, which was resolved in less than 2 hours. Excellent service. Would recommend it to everyone, who wants pain-free before & after-sales service.

Got the fastest delivery within 19 days as i ordered from evaly. Service & commitment is up to the mark ✅ everyone can order & use. Yet to see the after sales service. I hope will get better service in future. Thanks

Using City Water Purifier (RO+Alkaline) from 20th August, 2020. Till now i am satisfied with drinking water. Installation service was good and appreciated.

আমি ইভ্যালি ক্যাম্পেইন থেকে একটা ওয়াটার পিউরিফিকেশন মেশিন নেই। ২৮ শে জুলাই ওর্ডার দেই, ১২ ই অগাস্ট পিক করে আজ ১৫ই অগাস্ট বসুন্ধরা আবাসিক এলাকায় মেশিন সেট করে দিয়ে গেলো। উনাদের পুরো টিমের ব্যবহার খুবই ভালো। কল দিলে কল পিক করে। ধন্যবাদ এই টিমকে। ১.৫ বছরের ওয়ারেন্টি ও পেলাম। বিদ্রঃ ক্যাম্পেইন থেকে নিলে ডেলিভারি এবং সার্ভিস চার্জ বাবদ ৫০০ টাকা লাগে।

একটা RO ওয়াটার পিউরিফায়ার দরকার ছিলো অনেকদিন ধরে। অনলাইনে রিসার্চ করে কিছু বিষয় জানতে পারলেও কোন কোম্পানী থেকে নিবো, কাদের সার্ভিস কেমন, পিউরিফায়ারের কোয়ালিটি কেমন এসব নিয়ে দ্বিধায় আর কেনা হয়ে ওঠেনি। এমনকি কোন কোম্পানী, পিউরিফায়ার শপ, গ্রুপ গৎবাঁধা কিছু উত্তর ছাড়া কারো থেকে সঠিক কোন তথ্য পাইনি। পরবর্তীতে একজন বড়ো ভাইয়ের পরামর্শে রিস্ক নিয়ে City Water Purifier থেকে RO+Mineral Gold পিউরিফায়ার অর্ডার দিয়ে ফেললাম। অর্ডার করার তারিখ ১৭ জুলাই, ২০২০ - রাত ১১ঃ২৪ অর্ডার ডেলিভারী ও সেটাপ ২১ জুলাই, ২০২০ অর্ডার থেকে শুরু করে সেটাপ ও তাদের পরবর্তী সাপোর্ট সত্যিই প্রশংসনীয়। সিটির টিমের প্রত্যেকের আন্তরিক ব্যবহার, প্রফেশনালিজম যথেষ্ট ভালো লেগেছে। বাবু ভাই (তিনি পিউরিফায়ার সেটাপ করে দিয়ে যান) প্রতিটি পার্টস ধরে ধরে আমাকে কোয়ালিটি দেখিয়েছে। তাছাড়া তার থেকে আমি আমার সব প্রশ্নের উত্তর, কোয়ালিটির পার্থক্য, সার্ভিস বিষয়ে ক্লিয়ারলি জানতে পেরেছি। এই মূহুর্ত পর্যন্ত সিটি থেকে আমি আশাতীত সার্ভিস পেয়েছি। আশা করছি, তারা তাদের কোয়ালিটি ও সাপোর্ট ভবিষ্যতেও বজায় রাখবে।
