david came over and fixed the main water valve. He also fixed kitchen sink leak which was leaking a lot. very helpful with advice for boiler too. Another person came over for problems with boiler and corrected the circular pump, gas valve as well as other items. Gas is used for house. Their workers are very experienced, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Company is very prompt and concerned about your problems. I have used the company numerous times and very pleased with the results. They come at night, weekends and days. Will continue to use this company.as it was leaking.

The morning of a planned family party at my house, we had a cess pool backup. I called and before I was even off the phone, Citywide was on their way. They took care of the issue promptly and the family get together went off without a hitch.

CityWide was here this morning Monday 12/16 at 830 am to pump cesspool. It's was full once again. I'm using Citywide well over 20 years for plumbing and pumping. I would give TEN stars if I could. Couldn't ask for a better , more honest company. I highly recommend Citywide to anyone without hesitation. Thanks for coming once again in a timely manner !!!!!!!!

Just had Bobby clear my sewer line and put my mind at ease fearing something far worse. He explained each aspect of the problem and what he did to resolve the issue at a nominal cost. He also recommended a twice a year cleaning based on my situation to which I readily agreed. Very good experience with Citywide Plumbing.

I discovered my emergency at 8:30 on a Sunday evening. Took the chance of calling the company and they answered! And better yet they send someone within a half an hour and I didn’t pay a surcharge for after hours work. Alex did a great job explained everything to me and finish the work in a very reasonable amount of time And I would highly recommend them.

We have been in our home for almost 30 years and NEVER had an issue with a sewer backup! So of all times for this to happen on a Sunday during Thanksgiving weekend… called Citywide and they were at our home within 2 hours. We were so fortunate to have Tim Gregg from Citywide since we did not have a standard clog… he spent hours trying to uncover what the issue was … he ensured that he would not leave until the issue was resolved and that’s exactly what he did!
