Repair guy did what he could but I’m still without heat and a 2 year old furnace so I’m not satisfied at all the only reason I gave 2 stars was because of the repair guy for trying 😡

After some scheduling issues, the Burkhardt team did a great job getting our boiler working again. What started out as just a standard tune up, our tech did a great job addressing my questions and concerns, and stayed until the unit was running again. I really appreciate it, especially as some a cold snap hit the next day. Thanks again!

My twenty year-old furnace gave up the ghost just a day ago and Burkhardt were able to come by same day, diagnose the problem, and give me options for moving forward. After deciding to go with a new unit, they were able to get me one installed the very next day. Great customer service, rapid response, and quality work. Special mention to Alex, Horst, Troy, and Andy for their efforts. Can’t speak highly enough of this team!

I have a maintenance agreement with Burkhardt. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and I was helped by Leslie C. with scheduling. She is very knowledgeable and kind, a genuine person. My Tech was Sher, very knowledgeable, kind, very thorough, and efficient. He explains the whole process and makes sure you understand what was done. I am very appreciative of these two professionals.

Scheduling was easy and the customer service team was friendly and informative.
Henry came out and cleaned our air duct system that had not been cleaned in over 20 years. He arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the process and answered all of our questions. He used a camera system to show us inside the ducts prior to cleaning. He was friendly and efficient and I would highly recommend Henry/Burkhardt for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Danny was the technician that inspected and adjusted our air conditioner. He added some refrigerant. He was very thorough and left the job sight very clean. The air conditioner is running like new. Highly recommend him.
