Hello Rashid, I am sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with us but I will explain how the process normally works with repairs. Your A/C unit is 4 years old (installed in 2020) and we provide a 1 year labor warranty. As you know we are well past the 1 year period, so our diagnostics fee is chargeable. You mentioned that you had a capacitor replaced and already knew what the issue was. This capacitor was not replaced by us and we do not honor a diagnosis made by other technicians or other companies. We need to make our own assessment and our own diagnosis so we informed you prior to coming out that the service call would be chargeable which you agreed to After the service call was completed, we quoted you for the repair work and you refused to move forward and refused to pay for the diagnostics fee that you originally agreed to pay. This is why your invoice was sent to collections as we made every effort and attempt to settle Regarding the A/C unit, in the 4 years it was installed we went out one time to adjust the housing to reduce the noise. This means you were using the A/C for 4 years without any issues to our knowledge but you then called us after someone else had changed the capacitor. We do not warranty anyone else's work on our units

Sherwin, I am very disappointed that you would leave us with this 1-star review and even more disappointed at some of the comments you made. First off, we do not give discounts or pay anyone to write fake 5 star reviews. That comment is completely out of line and uncalled for. Secondly in regards to the issues you are having with the roof leaking, you commented that we do not take responsibility for this leak. Let me explain what has happened - we have gone out 3 times now to assess the leak and we have found no traces of water entering from our rooftop unit. We have even offered to meet with your roofer on site and the roofer never showed up. We sent back a technician to open up the duct and again there was no evidence of water entering as the duct was completely dry. We showed you video proof of this as well. Regarding the extra charges for the permit, we had to charge extra to upgrade your existing infrastructure so that you would pass the Electrical Safety Authority inspection. The ESA permit fee was always included as part of our quote
