They don’t tell you this before you physically show up to your appointment, but they have a hard policy to keep your credit card info on file and have you sign for permission to let them use it without your consent to their discretion, otherwise they will deny service!!
This is a highly unethical practice to my opinion and I’d leave it to you to decide if you wish to do so or look elsewhere for a different provider.

Dr. Yonan took care of Mario, my spouse, was most attentive and professional. We are very pleased to have traveled from Payson to this appointment. Treated with genuine concern and dignity. The office is immaculate. Autumn was very helpful as well.
