Expert and efficient team After an exhaustive search for the best place, I found Clinicana, and It’s been the greatest decision I’ve ever made in aesthetics topics. My hair transplant procedure was more than professional and ethics. Their humane treatment was the clue to the successful and satisfactory result in this surgical procedure, performed by an exceptional and expert team. A special mention to Ms Acem, whose enthusiastic work and deep commitment made clear and precise the process. Today, after two days of my transplant, I feel really confident in the final results and absolutely grateful with Clinicana’s team and hopefully they continue for the path of quality, effective and efficient processes.

Getting a hair transplant for me was not the easiest decision. I met an individual who had their transplant done with Clinicana and I decided to book my consultation. From the beginning of the process Ecem, who I communicated with via WhatsApp, was amazing. She answered all of my questions, gave me details on what to expect and clearly communicated the process with me every step of the way. After my flight I was met at the airport by my driver whom I found easily based on the instructions Ecem gave me. Traveled about 30 minutes to the hospital, where they did some blood tests and then was checked into my hotel. After the results came back I met with Ecem to go over the process again and she explained everything again and answered any remaining questions. The procedure took some time but the doctors and staff were honestly amazing along the way. I was able to listen to music which distracted me, and they performed the procedure. Following that they explained the aftercare in great detail for me. I am very excited to get healed and start seeing results.

Hair Transplant I recently got a hair transplant with Clinicana. I received 4500 grafts, and am happy with the end result. The team was very informative throughout the process. Ecem was outstanding from start to finish, and her communication was paramount. One thing I would recommend to anyone getting a hair transplant is bring your own pain medication. There was none offered or given. Other than that, I am pleased with Clinicana, and would recommend to anyone considering a hair transplant.

Stress free hair transplant in Turkey Hair transplant and turkey - scary thought and intimidating if you are English. Other words like hair mill and over harvesting and media stories about cosmetic surgery gone wrong. All of these made me look to the UK first. Interestingly a lot of those cautionary notices are from UK clinics who to be fair whilst they would have vested interests their are going to be some dodgy cases. That said you can't get away from the price consideration and for someone like me who realised that their hair loss was a lot worse than they thought (got to love a comb over) After looking for a while and doing some decent research it was very hard to ascertain the genuine and fake and which were any good but I finally chose Clinicana. The first thing that gave me comfort was no false promises and advice that had been exactly in line with the UK. I liked the rapid response and package idea and of course price. For someone who is nervous the process was perfect and at each part I've been looked after and not left to wonder what to do next. So if you are looking for what actually happens then.... All fixed prices Once flight booked the hotel is then arranged and op day Clinicana send you lots of information and this includes a video walkthrough showing you exactly where to go once you walk through customs (right past burger king if you are hungry after the flight!). You wait inside an open office where the driver will come and pick you up The driver takes you to the hospital for the blood tests talking to the staff for you and a small deposit which is taken out of the full price, he then takes you to the hospital to book you in Same day or next day there is a driver outside 24/7 going back and forth to the hospital where you will be met by Clinicana (English speaking)for the consultation and the line drawn (on the top package at least). Day of operation is quite scary to be fair. The injections into your scalp are very very painful but for the sake of a lifetime then it's worth it just grit your teeth and bear with it. The op itself was around 6 hours for 4000 grafts but seemed a lot quicker. The technicians couldn't really speak English but understood if I said anything and the manager came around 4 times as well as the professor and the translator/liaison. I can genuinely say I felt completely looked after. Shuttle back to hotel and a rubbish sleep as you can't lay properly. First wash, advice and check the next day. Genuinely I felt looked after and people actually wanted to help. Follow up advice with regular check ins are booked in. It's clear it's not just transactional and monitoring and advice will continue. Key question we all want to know though is how did it go. Sadly I don't know yet but when you see the implants after the op and see a hairline that hasn't existed for a long time it's a big buzz I know this is wordy but I wanted to do it justice and hopefully help someone who may be checking these out. Hotel is good, food is nice, no English TV other than CNN so I'd recommend a usb device to stream as you won't be doing much on the day of the op. I'd add that the hotel feels like an international brotherhood with all of us going through the same thing together and it's a strange feeling but good. Clinicana bent over backwards for me including staff doing my bloods before the hospital opened to do my tests, booking into hotel at 8am. Even was very kind and helpful .Any questions are answered with lots of guidance given. It probably goes without saying I would recommend them.

I reached out to them via WhatsApp and received prompt responses to all my questions, allowing me to quickly book a surgery date. I traveled from Australia to Istanbul, where a friendly driver met me at the airport and took me directly to Clinicana for blood tests. Everything went smoothly, and I ended up getting 3900 grafts. The surgery was seamless, thanks to the skilled team at Clinicana. Although I was initially nervous, I am extremely happy with the results and the aftercare provided, just seven days post-surgery. Amazing service packaged up nicely by including Airport pick up and drop off, stay at the luxury hotel and world class medical facility. My experience @ Clinicana Everything was made simple from start to finish. Upon contacting Clinicana I had a representative appointed to me, they discussed options and clarified prices and the booking process. I arrived in Istanbul and was greeted by a representative from Clinicana, and from that point and throughout I was looked after very well. All the team are helpful and they put your mind at ease. Clinicana Clinic is fortunate to have Ecem as an employee. When I signed up for a complex hair transplant procedure thousands of kilometers away from home, I did not know what to expect. The apprehensions over the complexity of the operation were overwhelming. My fears and concerns were alleviated when I met my assistant, Ecem. She took the time to explain the entire process, from the critical preop steps I had to take before the procedure to everything I needed to know to care for my hair after the operation. Her sincere smile cheered me up when I felt overwhelmed. Her puzzled frown when I was about to do something stupid, showed her genuine concern for my well-being. She must have had other patients to attend to, but somehow, she made me feel special. She was available 24/7, no matter how silly my requests were. Hair transplant consultation and op My experience with Clinicana was exceptional. A nice excuse to visit Istanbul I recently had a hair transplant at Clinician in Turkey, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience and the results. Hair transplant - Clinicana This review is one day post-operation. I was well received by Ecem from Clinicana. There is a lot to know and to understand but she is used to it and really take you by the hand step by step. There was no bad surprises. Everything was as described by Ecem during our conversations on Whatsapp: - Coordination services was A+ - Shuttle services - During the operation, they were asking me if I felt any pain which you will at the beginning with local anesthesia - Hotel is nice with swimming pool and sauna - Payment method was clear. Einblick & Servicebewertung: Meine Haartransplantation bei Clinicana Dies ist eine initiale Bewertung meiner bisherigen Erfahrung mit meiner ersten Haartransplantation, die durch Clinicana in Istanbul durchgeführt wurde. Der Zeitraum, den ich momentan bewerten kann, erstreckt sich über die Kontaktaufnahme mit meiner Ansprechpartnerin Ecem über Whatsapp bis heute, dem 2. Tag nach der OP. Da ich seit mehr als 10 Jahren an hormonell bedingtem Haarausfall als Nebenwirkung einer Medikamenteneinnahme leide, wurde mein Wunsch nach einer Lösung immer grösser. In den letzten 2 Jahren nahm der Haarausfall deutlich zu, weshalb ich mich umfangreich über Behandlungsoptionen informierte und mich für eine Haartransplantation entschied. Durch Zufall bin ich über einen Social-Media-Beitrag eines Patienten auf Clinicana aufmerksam geworden. Mein Interesse war geweckt. Nach einem umfangreichen Background-Check und Vergleichen mit anderen Anbietern fiel meine Wahl auf Clinicana. Die schnelle, kompetente Beantwortung aller meiner Fragen durch meine Ansprechpartnerin Ecem führte dazu, dass wir Anfang Mai 2024 bereits für Mitte Juni 2024 einen OP-Termin vereinbaren konnten. Im Vorfeld wurde flexibel eine Abholung und ein Weitertransport organisiert. Der obligatorische Bluttest erfolgte am ersten Tag in der Acıbadem Klinik. Danach wurde ich ins Naz City Hotel gebracht, das eine Kooperation mit der Klinik hat. Das Hotel stellte mir am OP-Tag ohne Aufpreis Frühstück im Zimmer bereit. In der Klinik wurde ich von Ecem herzlich empfangen und vor der OP nochmals ausführlich informiert. Das Gespräch mit dem verantwortlichen Arzt verlief professionell. Während der Operation war das gesamte Team äusserst professionell und freundlich. 4900 Grafts konnten aus meinem Hinterkopf und dem Bereich über und hinter den Ohren entnommen und transplantiert werden. Das Setzen der Anästhesie mittels mehrerer Spritzen war schmerzhaft, aber erträglich. Auf Wunsch wurde mehrfach nachgespritzt. Die OP dauerte von 9 Uhr bis 16:30 Uhr. Am Morgen nach der OP erfolgte die Abnahme des Wundverbands, die erste Haarwäsche und die Übergabe des optionalen Fischerhuts. Nahrungsergänzungs- und Pflegemittel wurden optional zum Kauf angeboten. Ich habe mich initial mit einem Halbjahresvorrat eingedeckt. Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung bei Clinicana sehr überzeugend, und Ecems Unterstützung möchte ich positiv hervorheben. Sie hat aus meiner Sicht eine Beförderung verdient. Die fachliche Kompetenz, der Service und die Betreuung haben meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich kann Clinicana jedem empfehlen, der eine Haartransplantation in Erwägung zieht. Ich werde in einigen Monaten noch ein Update mit dem vorläufigen Endergebnis nach Abschluss des Heilungsprozesses veröffentlichen.

Top Notch Clinicana I had the transplant at Clinicana. The experience was great especially from Ecem who coordinated all this for me. I was provided the information and all concerns were addressed. It was very smooth. I am awaiting for the results to come up now and am still contact with Ecem which means they have a nice support post surgery also. I highly recommend them.

I did my hair transplant on 05/24/2024 at Clinicana and I’m so happy I did it there ,they are really excellent and efficient in doing it, they are very organized and informative in every step and everything was arranged perfectly from the moment we arrived in Istanbul, the driver was waiting for us and he took us immediately to the hospital and I met some of the staff which they were very friendly and nice to work ,then the driver took us to the hotel which was very close to the hospital and it was very clean ,and amazing staff and the food there was absolutely delicious and they gave us connection room for our daughters ,on the 2nd day I met with the doctor and his assistant Ecem which they explained everything in details and prepared me mentally for the procedure.The procedure was easier more than I thought and the staff were very good and finished it with no pain .After coming back home they keep following up with me through whatsup and advising how to take care and I’m following the videos and their recommendations. I really recommend Clinicana to anyone who is interested in doing hair transplant for their efficiency and care and experience. Good experience, great results to come, some areas for improvement regarding user experience and jou I had a frontal area procedure (+ about 100 implants on the chin to fill up my beard) at Clinicana 4 days ago, and my overall experience was very positive. Clinicana runs a tight operation, and their professionalism is obvious. There are a few areas for improvement regarding patient journey though. This is my 5th hair transplant procedure, I had the 4 previous ones in Europe. Pros: - Professionalism: The team at Clinicana is skilled and efficient. The overall procedure was handled with obvious expertise. - Pre-Op and Post-Op Information: Ecem, my public relations manager, provided with extensive information before and after the procedure, which was very helpful. I must command her for her professionalism, patience, assurance (which instills the necessary confidence in the whole process), and good spirits. She keeps the whole operation tight and as pleasant as a surgical procedure can be. Areas for Improvement: - Patient Information and Consent: There were moments where communication could have been clearer. For example, I was not informed; or at least didn't remember from the many information I was provided, that some of my frontal hair would be shaved, and the team increased my grafts amount from 1,500 to 2,400 without telling me first (I had to ask the technician about it). While I understand it's to my benefit from both an aesthetic and money for value perspectives, I wish the team would have told me and asked for my consent (which I would have given, were I provided with pertinent information) before proceeding. I was globally kept a bit in the dark about what was happening and when. Providing a mirror occasionally during the procedure could help patients stay informed and feel more involved in the process. - Patient-Doctor Relationship: I believe there is room for improvement in making the patient feel more involved in the decision-making process; like a more collaborative approach would enhance patient satisfaction. Having the doctor check in at least once during the procedure would provide reassurance and maintain a stronger connection. - Patient Confidentiality: Discussions about medical history should be conducted in private -not in the waiting room with other staff members and whomever walks by) to ensure confidentiality. During my pre-op consultation, there was an unidentified woman in the office. Regardless of her role, it would be more appropriate for consultations to remain private or, at least, she could have introduced herself. - Pain Management: Injections of Lidocaine into the scalp are always unpleasant but those performed last Friday were made unnecessarily painful by the speed of injection. Taking one or two seconds to inject it more slowly would help mitigate this pain. - Staff Warmth and Communication: While the technicians are proficient, a little more warmth and friendliness would improve the overall patient experience. Simple gestures like introductions and a bit more kindness would go a long way during a time of vulnerabilty. Despite these areas for improvement, I am happy with the overall experience and confident in the results; which are what really matters. Clinicana is a professional and efficient clinic, and I appreciate the care I received.
