Hi Hector, Your review is confusing. You booked a jet ski trip in Tenerife through Club Canary. We offer many different activities across the Canary Islands. Like every client, you received an email after your trip asking to leave a review on the activity page you joined. But instead, you placed this review on our company page, which does not reflect the experience directly. Let’s clear things up: • Phones are not forbidden. The team advises against bringing them because people often drop them in the water. It’s just a recommendation, not a rule. • The guide offers to take photos. This is optional. If you don’t want them, just say no, however we do state the prices on our website. • About the transport, our partner looked into it. There was a delay with the free shuttle. It was 30 minutes, not one hour. They already apologized, but sometimes delays happen and are out of our control. We are always open to real feedback. But next time, please place your review on the correct activity page so it helps other people who want to book the same experience. Thanks, Team Club Canary

Please understand that Club Canary manages bookings for 6 different Tenerife stargazing experiences, and each tour has different content, guides, and expectations. You specifically chose the “Teide by Night” trip, operated by one of our trusted partners, and their team — not us — is fully responsible for tour execution and deciding if weather conditions allow for cancellation. Now, regarding your feedback, we passed your message to the organizing team of Teide by Night and here’s what they shared in response: “Although weather forecasts were favorable during the day, conditions shifted suddenly while in Teide National Park. Despite this, the group enjoyed informative stops, dinner, and the guide's full support. At the restaurant, guests were offered hot chocolate during the wait in hopes the sky would clear, but unfortunately, it didn’t. Our guide still delivered the sky explanation, even without stars. We always prioritize customer satisfaction and deeply regret that nature didn’t cooperate this time.” As you can see, their team did their best despite a weather issue completely out of anyone’s control. This is Tenerife — weather, especially in mountainous areas like Teide, can shift within minutes. We hope you understand that while the clouds ruined the view, the service, logistics, guide explanations, and dinner were all still delivered. It’s not fair to equate poor weather with poor service received by Club Canary.
