Sam, Emma and the team are absolutely hands down the best people to buy from. From there amazing customer service, to what can only be described as outstanding after sales service. I can not recommend them enough. The team at clutch Kick do not sell you a product, they sell you an experience. There friendly phone calls to the amazing in store interactions and the build. If you are looking for peace of mind, constant updates on your build progress and amazing attention to detail, look no further. Qubic Motion - What an amazing product. I could go on for days about the feel, the immersive experience and all that. The team at Clutch Kick put it best. "There is motion systems and then there is Qubic" What a product. Constant program updates, easy to use and adjust and many profiles to choose from built in. Amazing Centrecom - What can I say about these guys....... Recommended by Sam..... I purchased a PC from these guys prior to the motion, I had a few issues but the Team at Centrecom were amazing at trying to get it right. No fault of their own I will add but they were hellbent on making sure my system was working the way it should. When all else failed they stepped up and fixed my entire issue in one go. Fantastic support and service from these guys. Tony and his crew are great people to deal with and I will always go back to them after my experiences with them. New to sim racing, I dropped in to Clutch Kick unannounced this week and was greeted by Emma. She was very friendly, patient and helpful showing me different things and answering my many questions, even staying past closing time to help me secure and a new rig in to take home straight away and a second on order. After realising later I needed another part, Emma and Sam were quick to look after me and made sure I had everything I needed. If you are interested in sim gear and value customer service, Clutch Kick is the place you need to go! I had a great first experience and will definitely be back.

What can I say about Sam and his team at clutch kick other than, what an amazingly positive experience it was dealing them. I'm new to sim racing with limited knowledge, and Sam took his time with me to explain benefits, drawbacks, financial and feature options, to ensure I walked out of there with exactly what I wanted and got the sim racing experience I was after. They truly care about the user experience, and are absolute authorites on all things sim related. The after sales care is unmatched. I received several follow up calls through the day as I built my rig, making sure I was doing OK, offering advice and letting me know that I can call any time with issues.
