i called Home Smart on wednesday 8-7-24 '' air condition not working ,the service representative i talked with very friendly an knowledgeable set up an appointment the same morning before noon , a service technician named ART called about an hour later said he was on the way , on time and got to work , he diagnosed and repaired the problem in short order , ART is a well experienced pro at his job . HomeSmart came out and fixed a problem with my air conditioning unit quickly and efficiently. I am a HomeSmart customer through Xcel and have had nothing but positive experiences.

I've used HomeSmart for years. All of my dealings, from conversations by phone or email/text with representatives to interactions with technicians in my home, have been professional, friendly and efficient.

Made a claim for my Dishwasher issue. A customer representative called "Tameka" attended my call and she was so rude for no reason. However claim was filed. How do I contact the HomeSmart management to make a complaint against her? She does not have any capability to work as a customer care rep...Man!!!

We've used Xcel Energy HomeSmart several times now. They are consistently on time, reliable and most importantly fix the problem every time. This company is more than worth the little monthly fee that's charged. We've actually saved so much money. You will not be disappointed!
