My technician just left and, though this was my seasonal winter check -- change filters, check the heater, test the thermostat-- this guy went one step further. Since I'm a senior, talking "programming"for me means something related to TV. For Wes, however, it meant "programming" my thermostat to a steady temp for cooling and heating. He did that without prompting, questioning or expectation. What a pleasant surprise!

I am very pleased with the service from Coastal Heating and Air. Recently, Cameron came out to perform fall HVAC service. He came within the window appointed, was friendly, efficient and professional. This was our first service call (we recently bought the home), but will be contracting with Coastal for our future HVAC needs. And, we will be requesting Cameron! Great job!
