Mallory with Coastal Roots Realty provided top-notch level of service when selling our two year old Josselyn Homes 1835 plan in Lake Juniper. She thought of everything, offered help getting things moved and cleaned up, and saved us at the end when we had underestimated how long it was going to take to move our stuff. Great realtor, great company, and great homes. Sadly, we decided southern Georgia wasn’t the place for us, and decided to part ways with our home and take advantage of the equity we had built. That said, I would 100% buy another Josselyn Homes House, and would 100% trust Mallory as my buyer and/or seller’s agent in future real estate transactions.
