Whenever you’re rolling out custom software, there are bound to be hiccups. That said, Mike and his team were outstanding. They stayed committed from start to finish and delivered exactly what we needed. The system works perfectly and exceeded our expectations. Throughout the process, they were professional, quick to respond, and always willing to go the extra mile. Nothing was too hard. They also provided excellent training, were always helpful, and always upbeat. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the project Cogni Ops completed for us. We had many issues to be resolved from a previous team who did our migration from High Level. We had some complex needs around lead assignments and pipeline designs being in multiple countries with different teams. They understood our needs and executed flawlessly.
