I've been a solo business owner for 25 years and for those first 15 when I needed legal assistance, it was usually prompted by proximity to someone's recommendation - I didn't even realize there were law firms that specialized in small business legal needs. I also thought a business of my size didn't require a dedicated lawyer. That is something only BIG companies, not my teeny tiny one should have. Upon meeting with Cliff Schneider ten years ago, I learned how flawed my logic was. The practice is now my go-to for all legal concerns - they handle my multiple service agreements, trademark renewals and any potential issues. When I have questions that are not exclusively legal, but business related, Cliff provides extensive and comprehensive explanations.
