Had a positive experience my first time getting loaded here. The wait time was pretty good. Backing into the bay was easy too, they have laser light guides on the ground which is helpful and it's not tight. Also my loader, Jason, was helpful and friendly. I would be happy to go back any time.

These guys have really stepped up their game with the flatbed community. Calling to check in was answered on the 2nd call. Used to be u could wait an hour or two,WITH AN APPT with no problem. Jason from door 2 actually came out and apologized for the 35min wait after seeing a change out of machinery AND two trucks in front of me.
I watched him helping the driver before me with little experience (obviously) on placement of his load.
In and out within 50min.

Load of plate was pre-staged and set in two lifts. Paperwork was handed to me as I was tightening my tarp. Very professional, in and out in less than 45 minutes.

Good location to get load it and unload you quick but some time you may wait a bit but is not the workers fault is the driver ones your load it and if you able to move outside and finish strapping or tarting and is a goood weather day they should move out so other drivers can get load it and keep the line moving.
