Absolutely livid with this company I placed an order on the 9 th it's now the 19th I was told that if I hadn't got any updates by Monday they would refund my money now they act like I don't exist I haven't gotten my product I ordered nor a refund

UPDATE: was able to get thru to Business, Not only did they communicate to ensure satisfaction, one of the owners Leo reached out to me, offering assistance and eventually gave me tracking info. As a first time buyer was Leary not hearing from business, however now i understand they are on it and WILL do business again…..thank you Leo

Recently got delta king vape carts to try something new. Unfortunately, the oil they use must be really low quality, as the carts will clog shortly after the cart cools down, and because the mouthpiece is so thin and small, you can't effectively clean them. $30 down the drain

i ordered a vape from them due to cheap prices. they sent two in which were defective and had leaked. they sent another two in after i called and those were damaged too, i can only assume due to the heat. mind you, i was told by one of the employees that i couldn't get a refund originally after the first delivery so i had them send out another. after the second two were delivered damaged, i told them to please give me a refund or send out a non vape product. the owner agrees via email to send out gummies which normally shipping takes a day or two. 10 days later, i call for the millionth time on restricted after them purposefully ignoring my calls and the guy gets an attitude and tells me he will just give me a refund because he "can't send out four vapes and have them not work" even though he had AGREED via email 10 days prior and repeatedly told me they would ship it out and never did, hence why i had to continue calling. i pressed him on that and he said okay we'll do it. he also kept claiming my order was already delivered when it was obviously the defective vapes that we discussed several times??? they ended up sending in gummies that were different than what i asked for despite me sending in a picture of what i wanted, and they quite honestly sucked. did not get me high whatsoever and i know they were either expired or fake. never again. thanks for nothing, leo.

Absolutely awful experience. Would not recommend this place. Order wasn’t shipped until after 10 days. Prior to my order being shipped, I emailed twice and asked for a refund as I no longer wanted the items. My emails went unanswered and finally the items were shipped. Upon arrival after 2 weeks of waiting, items were not only poorly packed, but were open as if there was no care in the world for any items that were purchased. Disappointed, but honestly not even surprised as their customer service is clearly not a priority.
