Due to past hail storms I hired Colorado Superior Roofing and Construction to replace my roof, window screens, and windows. After meeting with several roofing contractors I selected CSRC because they could complete all phases of the work needed. While in the process of selecting a contractor additional damage occurred and I had to replace my siding. CSRC sub contracted the siding project out to SBJ Contracting. I selected CSRC because they worked in the Parker area and I wanted to use a local contractor. Gabriel, Logan, Seth and Kevin worked with me and my insurance carrier to complete the work. My house got hit by the hailstorm we had in Denver this summer and it trashed my roof. After getting a few bids, I went with Colorado Superior Roofing. They communicated well, replaced my roof really quickly, cleaned up their mess, communicated really well with me and my insurance company, and, simply put, did what they said they would. They even went back to my insurance company and got me more money for additional items for the roof that the my insurer didn't include in its first scope. 100% satisfied with the process and result.

We contacted Colorado Superior Roofing & Exteriors after another company knocked on our door and told us we had a lot of roof damage. Sam came out to check our roof and informed us the roof was in good shape. I appreciate the honesty and that they saved me the hassle of going through insurance for a claim that wouldn’t have been approved.
