Prompt service. Nic understood our pest problem when we phoned and recommended appropriate treatment with a quote. After inspection of the room he found the pest was not what we thought, but a lesser evil, and he adjusted the treatment and price accordingly. His service was professional, efficient, and very friendly, leaving us very relieved and satisfied. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Combat Pest Control. It was easy to book online and availability meant they could do our treatment within 3 days. Kane knew his stuff, gave us practical advice and he quickly built a rapport with us. Because of this we found it easy to talk with him and ask the questions we had. If you want excellent and efficient service, book these guys!

Be aware... these guys sting... looking out the second story lounge window at a hedge with a lot of wasps around it, more and more wasps upon closer inspection. Looking up through the hedge it looks to us as if there is a large dark spot in the hedge that would be a nest. We book a nest removal online priced at $200 for the 5 step process and treatment. The person arrived the next day to do the job but advised their was no nest and wasps just like that type of ivy hedge at this time of year. No sprays or treatment required, no work done. Half an hour later we got the invoice for the full $200. Upon questioning this, it apparently is the minimum charge for a call out fee. Nothing about this is stated on the website or in any of the info they email you once booked in. Be aware, or save yourself $200 by not using their online service and ring for free advice over the phone first or just contact someone else. Half a star for prompt call out...
