Still don’t have test results, can’t open their encrypted code, asked for a hard copy still don’t have it, asked for it to be emailed with out having to try to open there crap. No after complaining they can send it with out encryption, there a joke!

Great, overall. Pretty simple. Be sure to read the instructions carefully and allot at least 2 .5 hours for the entire test. Also, it couldn’t hurt to call the helpline to make sure you understand the process before starting. I messed up one test and might not have should I called.
I learned I had SIBO methane so, wow! So glad I took it else I can address it! Good luck to you all.

Very easy to follow instructions. The kit was complete with everything necessary to take the test. Results received very quickly!

I honestly was intimidated by the thought of doing this test. Once I “really” read the directions my mind eased. The thought of doing it is harder than actually doing it.
I did everything the instructions said, the day before, the night before and the following morning. It was very simple and easy to follow. The next thing I knew I was done by 915a and getting on with my day.
As tough as I cede to think about I’m very happy I did the test
