We have taken our dogs here before and have never had a problem but unfortunately this time around we took our 17 year old dog because she was not eating and struggling and they said we had 2 options; to either put her down or pay for a surgery she needed. They quoted the surgery and a day of observation between $5-6,000. It felt as though we were being taken advantage of because they could see how much we loved and would do anything for our dog. However, we looked around and were able to get her the same surgery for $1,000 and she is now back to her normal self, eating, and playing with our younger pup. Although they are the experts and we trust them with our pets, don’t be scared into paying higher prices when there may be other options.

We really appreciate that our vet and the staff were able to get our cats calming meds before evacuating for Hurricane Milton, even though they probably had their own families to worry about. Our 2 cats slept through the 5 hr road trip there and back again. This was a life saver! Thank you!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the people at Community Animal Hospital. Our dog Bruce didn’t have the best start to life when we found him and I needed to get him into a vet ASAP. They were able to accommodate us so quickly and helped us prioritize his care without pressuring us to do everything at one time. The staff there is so caring and treat us like family every time we walk through the door. If you love your fur babies as much as I love mine, this is the place you want to go forever!!

It was a first time to a vet for Cat, I am more than impressed with the caring staff from the minute we arrived. Very professional, as well as empathetic. Cat loved the staff! Will definitely look to this awesome group of professionals in the future. ❤️ Thank you!

Beware. Do not waste your money and time here. We are supposed to be able to trust authority figures like doctors and vets. We are supposed to be able to trust that their sole intention is not just to squeeze every single penny out of you. This place is absolutely atrocious in this regard. They charge 4 times more than the average cost of other vets in this area and they present it to you as if they’re giving you a deal. It’s incredibly offensive to feel so taken advantage of by these people. They prey on you because they know you would do anything for your pet. I wish could have a refund for everything they have taken from me.

I wanted to say thank you to the staff. When my Simon my cat of 20 years got sick and when we found out that he had cancer the staff and the vets were compassionate. And when it was time for us to let him go they gave us the time with him to say our goodbyes. They let us be alone with him as long as we needed. And when it was time for him to be put to sleep they showed compassion once again. So thank you to all of vets and staff. Letting go of my baby was hard but thanks to them it was a little easier for me and my family
