After my workout I always grab a smoothie, and Sam makes the BEST ones. She is the sweetest and never fails to put a smile on my face and brighten up my day. She really is the best ever, love her.

I absolutely loveeee this gym. They have every machine that you could possibly need and their staff are the sweetest. I was greeted by Afnan who was working the front desk when I got there and she showed me around the gym and got me started with my membership. I recommend this place 100%👍🏻👍🏻

If you’re looking for an amazing gym experience, definitely check out Complete Body. The venue itself is actually amazing, and the gym equipment and machines operate well and efficiently, not to mention it has a delicious smoothie bar and the price is phenomenal for the service you get. To add on, the customer service works hard and is friendly and approachable, and the woman (Afnan I believe her name was) was very warm and helpful when I asked general questions. I went with a friend, and it was such an amazing experience. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.

Complete Body is one of the best gyms in the Manhattan area that I’ve been too by far.
The equipment is always in great condition, and the atmosphere is perfect whether you’re just starting out or more experienced. Afnan, the worker at the front desk is also amazing—she’s super friendly and always greets you with a smile, which always sets the tone for a great workout. I always feel welcome here. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you are in the area or live around the NYC area!

Thank god for Sam at the Juice bar, and the rest of the friendly staff at complete body gym. They really make the gym an enjoyable experience for me.

Complete body has been one of the best gyms I have been to.This establishment is very well kept, the environment is A1, and not to mention the customer service can’t compare specifically by Afnan at the front desk. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience at complete body.

There is nothing better than a protein shake after a hard work out. I love that this location has a cafe that offers so many options for food and smoothies. Sam is the juice bar girl and she is just a sweetheart.
