Hello everyone my name is LUTHER NESBITT 111 MY FURNACE IN MY HOME WENT OUT IT HAS BEEN OUT FOR A WEEK I CALLED COMPLETE HEATING AND AIR COMPANY FROM Easley sc they came out to my house in the time of need TYLAN GRAY CAME TO MY HOME FIRST TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON HE WAS VERY MUCH CONCERN, HE DID NOT WANT THE SMELL OF CARBON MONOXIDE IN OUR HOUSE HE TESTED THE AIR IN OUR HOUSE TO MAKE SURE THERE WERE NO CARBON MONOXIDE IN THE HOUSE HE WERE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL, AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING.ALSO COMPLETE HEATING AND AIR SENT OUT MRS. COURTNEY WHITE THE COMFORT CONSULTANT TO SAT DOWN WITH US TO DETERMINE WHAT SIZE FURNACE WE NEEDED SHE KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING ALSO SHE WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL THE TWO INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN WERE DAMIEN ROWLEY AND TAYLOR ROLLINS WHO WERE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING THEY DID NOT WANT MONEY FIRST AND SAY I WILL BE BACK ANOTHER DAY NEXT WEEK THEY DID NOT WANT MONEY UNTIL THE WORK WAS FINISHED THEY WILL COME TO MY HOME ONE DAY NEXT WEEK TO SEE IF WE ARE SATISFIED WITH THERE WORK FIRST AND THE FURNACE IS WORKING LIKE IT SHOULD BEFORE GETTING PAID COMPLETE HEATING AND AIR IS A GREAT COMPANY MY WIFE AND I ARE VERY MUCH SATISFIED WITH THERE WORK THEY ARE A FIVE STAR COMPANY THAT HAS VERY GOOD REVIEWS WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. WE HAVE A GAS INSERT IN OUR FIRE PLACE AND WE HAD ELECTRIC HEATERS TO KEEP WARM THANK GOD.

1/17/25 Todd was here today for maintenance and took excellent care of our 2 HVAC units. Always a pleasure to deal with Complete Heat and Air!! Wonderful Company, hard working, personable, knowledgeable, employees. Thank you very much 😊 Darren was here this morning and took excellent care of both of our HVAC units. He was also the tech that was the savior for figuring out the problem with one of our units earlier this year! Thank you very much!!!

Hello to all, let start by saying how amazing this company is. Once you call and explain about your issues they are ready to help. So I had a complet system put in about a 1year ago and they installed one of the top line trane that fit my home. The detention to details was 2nd to none, my wife and I are very happy that we pick Complete heating and air!! So the second thing was that our airflow to our master bedroom was not heating to the temperature of our desire, but the rest of the house was fine. And it did not have any thing to do with the system they installed. It was the piping that the builder did about 13 years ago. They came out again and figured it. And gave us some suggestion to choose from and we decided on a 3 zone, so we can control each level of our home plus the master bedroom and we can't be any happier! To the entire team from the installers' office personnel that i never met in person and for the ones I have, my wife and I appreciate everything your team has done for us. This company has always been fast, fair, and prompt with service and repairs. I had the pleasure of having Todd at my house today to take care of some repairs. Super fast fix, and very pleasant to talk to.

Grateful Heart: Tuesday morning, my parents called to tell me their heat wasn’t working—just as a winter storm was rolling in. For context, my dad recently spent two months in medical care and has only been home for a short time. So, getting their heat fixed quickly was absolutely critical. I reached out to Nick Hipp at Complete Heat and Air and within an hour, they had someone at my parents’ house—AMAZING! After assessing the situation, they determined the whole unit needed replacing. Their team worked tirelessly to find and install a new unit before the storm hit, and by yesterday afternoon, it was up and running. The level of care and urgency they showed for my parents’ comfort was incredible. I am so proud to support a company that truly looks after its community. Even today, I’ve seen their teams out on calls as the Upstate is blanketed in cold winter weather. Nick and the Complete Heat and Air team—thank you from the bottom of my heart! You are the definition of above and beyond!

Steve did a great job - they had to wait a few weeks for the part to make it in but as soon as it did they were here within hours. Grateful to have heat again before the storm!

Todd did an amazing job. The replacement of the shroud looks like new!

I can not say enough good things about this company. Every one is so great. Anthony did our service call to see what we had going on with our unit. It stopped working after hurricane Helene hit. He diagnosed our unit and showed me exactly what was going on and what parts were needed to fix the unit and how much it would cost to repair. Jason, was the technician who come out on Christmas eve and Installed the parts to get our unit back up and going needless to say we got heat for Christmas. Thank you all so much. We definitely will be letting our family and friends know who to choose for any heating and air needs.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Can’t say enough how much I appreciate Jason coming out to our home on Christmas Eve, a real professional that went way above a local service that also has a 5 star rating. I was very impressed with Complete heat and air’s prompt attention from their call center to their techs. We will be using them for our HVAC needs from now on.

We had a last minute heating problem at our home. The team at Complete Heat & Air did exceptional work at a reasonable price. Our technicians Evan and Travis were great and took time to explain the problem and best option for repair for our heating system. We highly recommend the team at Complete Heat and air.
