I was visiting family and brought several old electronic devices and old computers to recycle to keep them out of the landfill and when I was dropping them off they acted as if they were inconvenienced and even seemed rude.

I recently had the opportunity to interact with the company through their community drop-off program. During my visit, I observed interactions that left me concerned about the professionalism and authenticity of the management team. The staff seemed under pressure and were not treated with the respect they deserve. Moreover, the discrepancy between how management presents themselves and how they actually operate was quite apparent. I support the observations shared in the one-star review by a recently dismissed employee. It's disheartening to see such a gap between a company's stated values and their actions on the ground.
