*Long post alert* My review is long overdue! Reason, I take my time to ensure what I express is 100% real, just like I took my time to choose a surgeon and thank heavens I got Dr Schlaudraff. How it started: On a google search, the reviews caught my attention and via the contact form on the Concept Clinic website, I decided to request a callback. To my surprise I received a callback within less than 24hrs. The conversation responded to my basic questions and voila I requested for a consultation. During my first consultation, Dr Schlaudraff took his time to explain the process of a reduction mammoplasty, the methods used, the side effects, healing time and expected results. He was professional, attentive, empathetic and what I really observed he was not pressed on consultation time as I had previously experienced in my 4 last consultations whilst in search for a surgeon. Following my consultation with Dr Schlaudraff I was sure of my choice and ain't I glad. How it went: Before surgery, I had follow up consultations, tests, blood work, the doctor leaves nothing to risk, and luckily he does a thorough pre and post surgery assessment as it so happened I had a lump which I had no clue about. Prior to the surgery the doc reassured me, reminded me of the process and procedures, informed me of his team (who are all adorable, can't thank them enough, Amalia, Anette, Dominique, Sabrina...) once the surgery was done, the doc would ensure to give very detailed and distinct instructions to the nurses on how to manage the pain, which was very minimal. He changed the dressing and removed the stitches his own! That just shows his commitment and level of perfectionism as he wants to be sure he delivers what he promised! The aftercare was great, both in and out patient. How it is going: Well it has been 15 months since surgery and whenever I have a consultation, I still get the same positive energy, attention and feeling of being treated as a valued patient. The doctors attention and attitude remains the same, 100% committed! I must add, in all the times I have visited Concept Clinic, I have never met/crossed with another patient, this is a BIG plus when it comes to privacy especially in the aesthetic field, the waiting room is secluded and patients don't get to cross paths. Dr Schlaudraff and his team are the perfect example of award winning healthcare, I wish we had an Oscars for medicine, they will definitely win! Thank you Concept Clinic team :)

Despite wanting to do a breast augmentation for many years, I was extremely nervous due to a previous bad experience with anesthesia (with a different doctor and clinic) and my generally anxious nature. Finding the right plastic surgeon took several appointments with different doctors in Geneva and Lausanne until I met Dr. Schlaudraff. From the moment I consulted with him, I felt a level of trust and confidence that I hadn’t experienced with other surgeons. Dr. Schlaudraff not only excels technically but also provides a sense of trust and genuine care. His thorough approach, including preparation before the surgery, long and comprehensive post-operative care, attention to detail and mastery of the latest techniques set him apart from others. His clinic and surgical facilities are modern, well-equipped, and impeccably clean, and his entire team is top class. The anesthesiologist Dr. Lysakowski took the time to call me before the surgery to discuss my previous anesthesia issues and ensure a different and better outcome this time. On the day of the surgery, he was also very caring, which greatly helped to ease my anxiety. The anesthesia was painless and nausea free. The assistants, Anette and Amel, are also incredibly friendly and attentive, further enhancing the overall positive experience. I am now 2.5 weeks post-op, have felt no pain, and am thrilled with the results so far and looking forward to a smooth recovery and final results to come. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Schlaudraff for breast augmentation to anyone seeking a skilled, caring, and trustworthy surgeon.

I was reassured by Dr Schlaudraff's exceptional expertise as a surgeon and by his warm emotional intelligence. He understands what results you want, he is a perfectionist (which is what you want in this case!) and he also authentically cares about you and makes sure that you walk out happy. I have no words to describe how perfect the experience at Dr Schlaudraff's Concept Clinic has been. Ever since the first appointment and throughout the surgery and the follow ups, I was addressed with the utmost care and consideration. The doctor and the team are flawless in the way they treat the patients, the surgical gesture of the doctor is extremely accurate and the meticulous care that I was given by him and his team in every single appointment during the follow up were to the highest standards. Having dealt with a large number of medical professionals in my life, Dr Schlaudraff is one of the very rare doctors that actually listens to his patients, makes them feel heard and seen. I am 55 yrs old and had Blephoplasty surgery, fat fillers above my lip and softwave treatment 3 weeks ago at Concept clinic. Dr Slaudraff is an excellent plastic surgeon with many rewards and his team are outstanding. The results are just amazing and it’s the best thing I ever did and it looks so natural! This is the Clinic to choose, if you are looking for “the” top plastic and aesthetic surgeon and team with genuine care and professionalism.

An absolutely flawless experience from start to finish! I consulted with Dr Schlaudraff in 2022 after my third pregnancy. I was looking to complete an abdominoplasty as I had diastasis recti, an umbilical hernia, and excess skin from my third pregnancy. Upon our first meeting, Dr Schlaudraff prescribed me several sessions of physio therapy to see how much of the muscle separation could be corrected without surgery. The fact that he advised me to take the time for my body and not rush into a big procedure made me feel very confident in his opinion and desire to see the best outcome for me as the patient, rather than pushing me to operate immediately as some surgeons might do. I completed my physio and returned 6 months later for another consultation where we decided that the surgery would be worthwhile. Once the day came for my operation, I felt completely relaxed and confident with the Dr and his caring team. The operation went smoothly and the Dr took extra time to ensure precision with such a complex operation. I woke up feeling wonderful, not drowsy or nauseated, and was well cared for until my return home. The recovery was shockingly comfortable for such a big operation, and I felt great, had no complications recovering, and was back to myself in no time. The follow up care post surgery was so much more thorough and involved that I had expected, and I felt that this level of care and attention was the most valuable part of the experience. One year post operation I am still in communication with Dr Schlaudraff and his team, as he genuinely cares how my body is recovering and readjusting after the procedure. The team at Concept Clinic are all so kind, caring and thoughtful. I couldn’t recommend Dr Schlaudraff more. He is a true artist when it comes to the craft of aesthetic surgery, and his knowledge of medicine and plastic surgery are evident though his work. Having the operation done was the best thing I could have done for myself post pregnancy. Thank you Dr Schlaudraff, Anette, Amalia, and Dr Chiesa for taking such care of me. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Schlaudraff and his team! They are truly top tier and exceptional in every way. Originally from the US, and therefore unfamiliar with the clinics in Europe, I was apprehensive about finding one I could trust. From the first phone call through the post care treatment, Dr. Schlaudraff and his team have taken excellent care of understanding and delivering on my needs. I went to Dr. Schlaudraff for an umbilical hernia and diastasis recti repair following my third pregnancy and not only was the care exceptional, so are the results! Dr Schlaudraff and his team are truly exceptional. One of my children needed surgery and I was delighted to find Dr Schlaudraff because he's an excellent surgeon (the results are fantastic) who also takes the time to build trust with his patients, listening to their concerns and explaining things clearly. His team are also warm, efficient and discrete. I cannot recommend this clinic enough (though I am reluctant to do so because then I won't be able to get an appointment in the future!). Five stars!

Absolutely immaculate attention to detail and high professionalism in complex surgery execution. Great combination of understanding of esthetics and high precision in execution. I came from Bulgaria to have breast reduction surgery. I would like to mention that before the surgery my nipple sensitivity was very low. Now, it’s fantastic! Not only improved, but fully regained. I used to hide and feel restricted by my breasts, now I feel proud and free. My posture is way better. I no longer have this chronic pain and back issues. That continuous tension in my back, shoulders and neck is also gone. I feel confident and with high self-esteem. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Schlaudraff, he is simply the best. I admire his amazing work every day. My breasts are a piece of art. I have researched the topic for years, had consultations with different doctors, but when I found Dr. Schlaudraff and after having a talk with him,I chose him instantly. He had the best results, I felt I can really trust him and his team to do the surgery the best way possible. I was concerned about drainage and at first wanted to have implants as well. This is because I thought I would need implants for a fuller look. Dr. Schlaudraff recommended that no implants were needed, since the way he would do the breast reduction would also lift the breast and give it the natural, fully tear shape I wanted. So instead of making money, he is interested in what is best for you. Drains were not needed, since the way he worked he spent a bit longer on the surgery but prevented the need for drainage. My main concern was stitches and their removal. As someone horrified by stitches, I couldn't even bear to look at them. But Dr. Schlaudraff helped me to get over my fears, he spent a lot of time talking to me about the stitches and listening to my fears. In the end he removed my stitches in such a delicate way I barely felt anything. Another concern came up when I had my ultrasound and results found a small cyst. Even though it was not dangerous, Dr. Schlaudraff removed it with the excessive parts he took away from my breast. I was also concerned about the anesthetic, since I have a vestibular disorder. The anesthesiologist is a genius and did his work brilliantly. I had no dizziness, no spinning, no nausea and apart from being hungry I didn’t have any issues. Anette was so kind to even bring me the croissants I was craving. The team was so kind, so friendly and caring. They helped me up and walked me to the toilet 10 min after I woke up. Later I even walked (without support) to the hotel! In the visits I had after the surgery, Dr. Schlaudraff always took his time to explain everything to me. Every possible thing about recovery and aftercare. His in-depth information and personalised approach always left me happy when leaving the clinic. After seeing the results, other members of my family and close ones are now scheduled to have procedures done by Dr. Schlaudraff and his fantastic team… this is how insanely good they are.

First consultation for an Abdominoplasty. Dr. Schlaudraff puts time and energy into making you feel heard, understood, as well as expressing what he thinks would be best for your well-being and your results. In my case, he advised to deal with my personal emotional issues first before planning a surgery. I found his advice to be very selfless, and his approach is ethical in my opinion, a lot of plastic surgeons only think about making money but here he chose to express his reservations as my psychological state isn’t exactly stable at the moment. The receptionists were very kind and helpful too (we know how hard to find that can be in Geneva….). I will definitely come back for another appointment and plan a surgery once I have dealt with my personal issues, as I felt Dr. Schlaudraff was knowledgeable and dedicated to care for his patients, which has not been my experience with other plastic surgeons in Geneva. As someone who had not previously imagined needing this particular kind of medical help, I am so relieved to have found such a wonderful team as I did with Dr Schlaudraff and Concept Clinic. Dr Schlaudraff offers individualised care and expertise, and his whole team works in harmony to beautifully support its patients at the clinic. I felt so incredibly looked after throughout my experience with Dr Schlaudraff and I only wish that I had found him sooner. Satisfaction totale! Toute l'équipe fut à l'écoute et aux petits soins avec moi. Du rdv pré opératoire au rdv post opératoire. Si c'était à refaire je le referai sans hésiter. On ne peut que conseiller Dr Schlaudraff et son équipe !
