Streamlined, Personalized Service We just returned from a lovely 10-day cruise from Conch Charters! We traveled with the boat's owner, so we didn't have CC staff aboard, but our interactions with the staff before we departed and after we returned were wonderful. It was great to get to borrow snorkel gear, rather than purchase or rent. The Welsh gentleman (I didn't catch his name) regaled us with stories as he filled our gas tank on the way out. Hannah was fantastic as she drove us back into the marina. The office staff arranged for a cab for us to return to the airport.

Sailing in the British Virgin Islands was fantastic. We just returned from a fantastic trip to the beautiful British Virgin Islands The weather could not have been better. We charted a 44 Ft. sailing catamaran named Peacemaker, using Conch Charters in Road Town. After flying into the nearby airport, Conch Charters had transportation ready to take us the short distance to the marina. Since we chose to spend the night aboard in the marina on the first night, it was nice to find the boat super clean with the air conditioning on and ready to go. We loved Peacemaker. Sailing and driving her under power was a breeze. Even though she is a pretty big catamaran, she was super easy to tack. The sails were crisp and the lines appeared new. Three of the couples aboard had never sailed before and they were all pleasantly surprised at the stability and comfort of catamaran sailing. Bernadette, our chart briefer was very knowledgeable about the islands, best restaurants and bars. She provided us with possible itineraries and provided answers to our questions. James our boat briefer knew every inch of the boat and provided a lot of great information. Every day was another beautiful place to see and explore. It would be hard to pick our favorite. We visited Norman Island, Marina Cay, The Baths, Bitter End Yacht Club, Cane Garden Bay, and White Bay/Great Harbour on Jost Van Dyck. We loved the Pirates Bight Restaurant on Norman Island, Saba Rock Restaurant and swimming in front of the Soggy Dollar. We were also able to tour private Necker Island with the amazing tour guide, Gumption. We did some great snorkeling at the Indians, Salt Island, North Sound and Monkey Point. I was impressed with the water visibility and the amount of sea life.

Fantastic Experience with Conch Charters An absolute delight to do business with! Great Family vacation with a great charter company This was our 9th visit to the BVI (our fourth with Conch) . Once again, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.....Hazelle with chart review, Hannah with boat briefing and James with debriefing...and everyone in the office.....I can't say enough about our experience. This was our first charter for our grand-daughters (twin 13 year olds) and we had a ball.....Spindrift was the perfect boat for us....obviously well-maintained and nicely equipped. Can't wait for our next charter with Conch

Superb service and value We completed our third charter with Conch last week, this time transitioning from monohull to catamaran. With each visit, service and professionalism have been outstanding. Customer service team is always friendly, responsive, and patient (I ask lots of questions...); technical team are knowledgeable and patient (see 'questions'...) and the vessels are well-maintained and outfitted. I've never had an urgent technical issue in three 10-day charters, and this year the few routine matters I had (e.g. locating a tripped breaker or inquiring on proper use of new-to-me equipment such as inboard inverter and A/C) were handled quickly and with patience by phone. Every single Conch interaction I have had - - online; in person; and by phone - - has been positive and informative. Thank you Ian Pete Rasika Bernadette Ross James Jeremy (my staff interactions this time through...note also the long tenure of Conch staff) you do such excellent work.

16th sailing charter with Conch Charters We just finished our 9 day sailing charter with Conch Charters in the BVI. Fabulous week of sailing, snorkeling, island hopping and fun aboard 40 ft catamaran “La Mer Kat”. This was our 16th charter (over 31 years) with Conch Charters! We’ve been sailing with them in the BVI since 1993! They are GREAT to work with! Can’t wait to go back.

BAD Be Warned DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! One of the owners, Peter Twist thought it was funny to swerve his vehicle and pretend to run my family over. They don’t care about the owners boats one bit but pretend to and then will try and rob their clients for money too 🤬🤬🤬 This is what a USD550 clean looks like!

Great experience with Conch Charters Conch Charters was fantastic. From the great staff at the office, knowledgable detailed briefing, to a clean and pristine well cared for boat we couldnt have been more pleased. I have chartered in the Bahamas, Greece and Turkey and this was by far the best experience I have had on all fronts. We had a small technical issue with the headsail furler and they took care of it without a hitch. We are booking our next trip now. Bernadette at the office was very helpful. Hanna with the technical briefing was excellent and thorough. James with the furler fix was great as well. Good job ladies and gents!

Conch makes sailing the BVI fantastic! The Conch experience is great from start to finish. The people here are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. The boats are well maintained and delivered in pristine condition. When we needed assistance with a piece of equipment on board , they sent someone to us who was able to take care of the issue and get us back on our way quickly and easily. The chart briefing was very thorough and every recommendation for food and recreation was spot on. We had a fabulous time on the water, and I could not recommend Conch more highly!

Three Week BVI Sailboat Charter Just completed a very successful three week monohull charter with Conch in the BVI. They were superb! This is our eighth charter in the BVI and Conch is the fourth charter company that we have used. We were very pleased with the maintenance and cleanliness of the boat (Jeanneau 38.9), the briefings and preparations as well as the customer service. When we had a snag, their staff were very responsive and resolved the issue promptly. The charter boat was older than many of the competitors boats (5 years) yet the systems worked flawlessly, the diesel engine was very efficient and reliable. The dingy outboard started on the first pull every time. The sails and running rigging worked very well. For a relatively small boat, it was swift. We had the boat up to 7.2 knots on the way to Anagada. All in all, it was an excellent sailing experience. As well, for a longer charter (3 weeks) the Conch price point was a great value. We will be returning to Conch for our future charters.

Five star!!!!! My family and I had an amazing week in the BVI's. Being a newbie to the chartering world, Conch Charters, the entire Gang, couldn't have been easier to work with, from quick response to questions, signing contracts, explaining how to do everything, and connecting us with a fabulous Captain. Captain Glenroy "Buzz", made it even a more amazing week on our boat. Safety first, super knowledgeable about locations, and a treat to some unexpected gourmet meals aboard, best food we ate. Amazing Week in BVI Our family chartered a boat with captain Buzz (Captain Compass) in April 2024. It was an amazing week, full of sun, swimming, snorkeling, sailing, and beach hopping. Buzz was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure that we were safe and having fun. Highly recommend!
