ConexWest said they would have our containers to us within 7 to 10 days. Every day they said they would deliver them to us, they never showed up. I would have to call them to find out that they rescheduled it for another day. That day would show up and they wouldn’t show up, I would call them and they said it was rescheduled for another day. They did this to me four times. When I finally told them to cancel the order, they delivered the containers the next day. The containers don’t close correctly, the handles are bent and we’ll see this winter if they are actually weatherproof as I live in South Lake Tahoe, where we get record amounts of snow. Their sales team Tonya, Nerry, Annette and Amira all took turns passing blame on each other. NorCal Containers is a far better choice. Take my word for it the LOWEST BID IS NEVER WORTH IT!

Do not buy from these folks as apparently they can not pay their contractors that deliver their boxes. They ignore emails and phone calls. BBB will be notified. Any other haulers having the same issue? look me up

I had a disappointing experience with Conex West. My company transported a shipping container back in June, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive my payment. Their communication has been lacking, and I feel frustrated by the lack of accountability. I expected professionalism, but this experience has been quite the opposite. I would advise potential customers to proceed with caution.

they pay really late , hard to reach anyone , had problems with factoring because of them not paying on time , do not transport , you will lose all your hair trying to get payment from them

Carriers Beware: This company does not pay. I have unpaid invoices that are over 4 months old and have been unable to reach the broker or accounting department.

I am disgusted and disappointed by one of their Sales Persons. His name is Carl. I am a serious buyer with questions because I am a first-time buyer. I only spent 3 minutes with this person, he is rushing me, did not want to answer further questions. I have to verify I understand what he is selling me, they have the "Marine Survey" for $150. But he was RUDE & very unprofessional! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Great service ! This was my first time purchasing shipping containers and they helped me out a lot. They had a lot of patience with me and answered every question I had. They had many different container sizes and the prices were pretty good too. The process went very smooth.

1. If you were looking for used containers here, assume you would get defective instead. (Bent door shafts that cannot close door WITHOUT A FORKLIFT, Potholed outer box everywhere). It seems like Used container=Defective container in their standard.
2. Do not expect to replace any used containers, or upgrade them to new containers, unless you would like to pay an extra 2x shipping fee even though it is not your fault at all.
3. Call them before they dispatch the delivery. They load containers onto the delivery truck without confirming the door position. My containers were loaded face to the rear truck, it was totally wrong way to place my reserved location, so I had to find an alternate one. Otherwise, again, extra round trip shipping fee on me.
4. Do NOT expect any service after containers have been delivered. The best service is their response on quoting.

Do not rent a box from here they have very unethical practices. I called to have my box picked up, was told they have a 30 day pick up window what they don't tell you is that they will continue to charge you until they find the time to pick it up so you are responsible for it. Not them no responsibility on them

Never purchase a container from them. The sent me a scratch up container and a door that doesn't close. I've been trying for months to get them to fix it and they will not respond.
I have even sent pictures. Don't waste giving your money to these smucks.
