At first Connect Mortgages- Tom Clarkson said everything you would wish for and provided great support and confidence with finding a deal and having good technical knowledge.
Once paid I then got passed to Chloe Veness and it became nothing more than a nightmare service. With the slowest ever replies and requesting information already supplied and having no clue what information they were asking for, I just managed to get the mortgage in agreement that expired after 30 odd days.
Sadly the process took so long (over 4 months) that the the seller ended pulling out, which meant I paid all there fee's with nothing but some useless paper!
I did email clearly describing my thoughts... and they never replied.
I have since used another broker and can confirm that this wasn't me and that I will be happy to avoid.
