Connie did outstanding helping us find a new home. She explained everything to us each step of the way, from starting to look and understanding the process, to signing paper work and getting things ready to go. Each time we had questions or wanted to negotiate with a seller she took charge and handled things in our favor to make sure we were getting the best deal possible, and in a timely manner. For friends and family moving into the area we will make sure she gets their business, and if we ever decide to move again she will 100% be our first choice.

As a retired military family, we have bought and sold 11 houses all over the country. Working with Connie Farmer was one of the very best experiences we’ve had. She was ON TOP of my very long list of houses I wanted to see in ONE day. She had them all scheduled and had detailed information on each and every house.
