Hello Gennaro, thank you for your review. It looks like in this case you purchased a brand new in the box dishwasher and made a pick up from our store and signed that you received it in good condition. After you opened the box and saw cosmetic damage that could have occurred between when you picked up the unit and got to your location, you then called us with the claim. We agreed to replace the unit with another one brand new in the box but because you did not pay for shipment and picked up the item we asked you to return the unit and we would provide you with another brand new. You refused due too the drive being to long which we understand. You asked us for a discount for the damage and you would fix it yourself we offered you a 5% discount on ANY future purchase. Again you refused. We offered a brand new replacement as well as a credit we believe to be doing fair business but because this did not work with your schedule you left us a poor review. We did our best to make it right with you and with low ticket items like the one you purchased the value of the 5% discount well exceeds any refund we could provide. Again we are still willing to make it right if you wanted to stop by with the damaged dishwasher we will replace it free of cost and eat the loss.

We would love to rectify this as it is our first time hearing about any issues with you. Please feel free to call us directly at 201-347-3905 im positive we can resolve your issues unless its an aesthetic issue in which case i would say its impossible for any store to carry every make and model on the sale floor to view before buying.
