Excellent experience with Cool Care and my technician Brandon Rehill. He arrived on time for the scheduled maintenance and also had time to troubleshoot a separate issue we had with the heat. He explained (not mansplained) the problem and showed me pictures and videos of the issue. Brandon was very polite and wore booties when working so as to not dirty my floors. This is my second interaction with this company and I would highly recommend them for any of my HVAC problems.

The technician was great. My only issue was that I was not informed that my time slot changed. I set the servicing up for 0800. I called the office around 0900 to see if the technician was coming, that's when I was informed that he wasn't going to show up until 1200 to 1230 amd that someone should've called me about the chamge.. I set this appointment up a month in advance.
